Absolutely horrible! My husband and I walked into the Ben and Jerry’s at The Loop. We had to walk out! The place was filthy, all the ice cream appeared to be freezer burned. The young woman, who walked out, from the back of the establishment demonstrated a very lazy and annoyed demeanor. We would not recommend this Ben and Jerry’s, to anyone!

I went in today to get a cake for a special occasion, fortunately I got lucky and they had a cake that worked even though I didn’t order ahead and it was last minute. The lady working was so helpful, she went above and beyond. Saved the day. I’d give more stars if I could.
