Their ceviche is so sooo good! The price is fair. I don’t know why these reviews state the ceviche was sweet, I’ve been going here for years and it has always tased the same. It’s amazing, my bf always try’s something new there and it does not stop amazing him. People it’s a truck, lower your standards a bit. The food is AMAZING for being in a truck!

Food was alright didn’t have enough meat in the lomo saldado and barely no fish in the ceviche meat had a wierd smell to it will most definitely not recommend

The food was amazing and full of flavor. The employees were great. They explained what most of their dishes were and gave us recommendations. We loved this food truck. We recommend it to everyone. Will be back for sure.

Very authentic Peruvian food. That's the opinion of an actual Peruvian and a guy who eats a lot of Peruvian food. Great arroz chaufa, anticuchos, and arroz con mariscos. The portion sizes were bien taypa and generous with the proteins. Service was fast and friendly. Remember it's a food truck so you're outside eating at a table with an umbrella. Great place to eat with the whole family because there's so many close by places to eat for everyone to get what they want. Don't miss this place if you're truly a lover of Peruvian cuisine. I've been here a few times and I've never been disappointed.

I recently dined at Bien Taypa and it was an incredible experience. I tried several dishes, including the ceviche, which was fresh and bursting with flavor, the anticuchos, which were thick and tender (they ask you how you like your meat cooked in case you like well-done), and the lomo saltado, which was cooked to perfection and also very flavorful. I highly recommend checking out Bien Taypa for anyone looking to explore delicious Peruvian cuisine at an affordable price with generous portions. I will definitely return next time I find myself in Orlando.

I honestly can’t recommend this place more, I had been looking for a good peruvian place in Orlando and I was about to give up but so glad I didn’t, because I found the best one so far. The food was amazing, well cooked and with the right spicy amount, the drinks fresh made and the staff so friendly. If you are looking to have some peruvian taste THIS IS YOUR PLACE.

I am Peruvian so I am really familiar with cebiche and Peruvian spices . Last night my husband went and got me some food to try , cebiche , lomo and anticuchos . The anticuchos were RAW, the cebiche was EXTREMELY sweet , the lomo was good but barely ANY meat . That’s not the worse part , we BOTH got food poisoning. I would say stay away , I truly believe it was the cebiche , anyways I wanted to write a review in hopes other don’t come here . We came to vacation for a few days and both being sick ruined everything

I’m Latino my wife is American we love ceviche I’ve try it and prepare it in many different ways but never like this, better than what I was looking for, a authentic Peruvian ceviche, this was other level of exquisite me and my wife were delighted so ceviche mixto I would absolutely recommend it and order again the next opportunity we visit Orlando
