Food quality was not as good as it was years ago. The waiter did not bring a new beer order, we had to ask someone else for that.
The service was very good and the food was delicious. The only downside was that we were seated in a section of the restaurant—apparently meant for large parties—on the right-hand side, where there seemed to be a water leak issue causing a strong musty smell. We had to ask to be moved to a different table because of it.
The Bakery goods are always fresh and delicious. Proud to give as gifts 🎁 for birthdays or Appreciation gifts and very reasonably priced.

Had a wonderful experience at BJ's! We arrived at 2:30pm on a Tuesday and were immediately greeted and sat. Our server, Jessica was amazing! She was incredibly attentive and welcoming. She brought us water and took our appetizer order very quickly. The food was fresh and good! Plenty of parking and bathrooms were clean. Appreciate the great service and experience.
I had messaged the restaurant through Open table yesterday, asking for a table and specifically said not a booth. I indicated that this was a business lunch. Upon arrival, the hostess tried to sit us in a very small one and a half, two/top booth in the bar and I had to ask to be moved to a table. Strike one. Two of us ordered the seared tuna salad. The tuna was fishy. Strike two. I was the only woman at the table and clearly the hostess. I asked for the check and gave my credit card to the far side of my customer yet the bill was placed between me and my customer twice. This is a rookie mistake. Strike three. The experience was marginal at best.
Took us 45 min to get drinks. Never got our salads until the meal came out. The forgot our appetizers. When our meal came out they told us they were out of ribs and chicken tenders. It was terrible and not a great experience in Mother's Day.
I'm very sorry to say this but the food had no taste and was cold. I made a reservation for 15 people and the host made me scared of rip because she told me we don't take reservation also I must of be at the wrong restaurant and clearly I did have reservations to this establishment. I was worried and scared and ask for the manager where he check and knew what I was talking about and apologized which the secret was out already and I was very disappointed. I even called the restaurant few hours earlier and was told everything was set. They didn't evening came out and said happy birthday which they said they would and evening took the name and age of the individual. I'm sorry to right bad reviews about people establishment but you'll need to do better than this.
Group of 10 old friends getting together ... food was very good, our waitress took very good care of us! Fun time visiting, will definitely do it again.

Izzy was our server and he was awesome !! He refilled our drinks before we could ask . Then after our meals were served, he checked back with us several times to make sure we were happy 😃

The food was delicious and you get plenty. Our server was fantastic and ww were not rushed. I would recommend this BJs highly.
It was busy for Mother's day but seemed unprepared for it... this is one of our favorite restaurants, so its usually better than it was... our waitress was wonderful and handled the volume she had to carry and the delays with grace and we appreciated her tremendously! But food was good except the calimari and guac was too spicey- my mom and I could not eat it...

Restaurant was busy and our server was the only one in the bar area. He did a good job for the condition he was faced with. The manager just stood around and was of no help based on the number of customers to be served. The restroom was in serious need of attention with no soap in the dispensers and paper towels all over the floor and garbage can. Once again, never saw the manager approach that area in the hour and a half we were there.
your deli is been short staff for the longer, your slicing machine are out of adjustment for quite a while. many items in the deli are out for a while. your deli used to be a quick shopping experience.
