Restaurant was busy and our server was the only one in the bar area. He did a good job for the condition he was faced with. The manager just stood around and was of no help based on the number of customers to be served. The restroom was in serious need of attention with no soap in the dispensers and paper towels all over the floor and garbage can. Once again, never saw the manager approach that area in the hour and a half we were there.

The fall festive pizookie was awesome! The enlightened chicken tacos were delicious; the side quinoa salad was pretty dry and not impressive. The bacon ranch chicken pizza was absolutely delicious, one of the best pizzas we have ever had.

Their breads are great if you like to have a different breakfast in the delicatessen they prepare a brutal Redondo sandwich without words.

A dozen of us ordered varied dishes and all were very happy! Good variety, good service, good food! Soup, sandwiches, pasta, ribs, all good. Would definitely go back.

Bartender was kind of shocked that I was upset that after waiting 30 minutes for a flatbread I left! While chatting with some of the servers they were all complaining how slow it's been. I can see why! LOL

This was our family 1st time and the experience, customer service, and atmosphere was very friendly. We would definitely recommend to other friends and family. Our waiter Alan, was awesome.

Have not had this issue before. How does a cook not know the burger is rawOrdered curbside. Arrived a few minutes before 9:00 and checked in. Nope. Curbside closes at 9:00. Guess they mean a few minutes before 9:00

We've been to the BJ's at The Loop location before but it had been a long while. I choose this for my birthday dinner with some friends because of location and my previous positive experiences I've had at this particular establishment. The food was decent overall. But the margarita I ordered was horrible! The waiter seemed like he was either new, hard of hearing, lack of listening or wasn't familiar with his hand held tablet...or all of the above. Personality, he was very nice and very helpful but it was horrible having to repeat everything several times and him not getting it correct when repeating it back. The lady at the front...hostess or manager...couldn't tell was not very kind. Just seems over the many years I've been here, this service and food have declined. I regretted making this my choice for my birthday dinner.

I am a member of BJ'S and pay $110.00 per year for my membership. To my knowledge, wholesale prices are supposed to be cheaper than retail stores. With BJ'S, this isn't really true. I find that a lot of the same items are cheaper at Walmart and Aldi's, which are retail stores. Just a couple of examples: gallon of milk at Walmart is $2.96, and at BJ'S, it ranges between $3.12 to $3.59. Bud Light (24 pack) at Walmart is $19.98, and at BJ'S, it's 21.98. These are just a couple of things found. I went to the Guest Service Desk and asked about this and was told, "Because we are a Wholesale Club!". This should mean that the prices should be lower.

Been to a few of these BJ's beer pairing dinners always a good time. Tonight's was the Five Course Bavarian Wheat Beer Dinner Featuring beers from Schneider Weisse. The food was tasty, enjoyable and need I say, paired well with the food. The team was personable and accommodating. These dinners get attended by regulars so it gets a bit "lively" but fun. Really enjoyed ourselves

My husband ordered the prime rib special. The cut of prime rib was about 2 inches thick and not tender at all. Waitress ask how food was, he stated prime rib was like a roast. She stated it was the end piece of prime rib. Management did take off of our bill but kitchen should not have sent this cut of meat out. We have dined at different BJ's several times and had a much better experience. Waitress was just ok. Hopefully this was just a one time thing.

To preface, the food here was great but the service we had was probably one of the worst I've ever experienced. If you get Joshua highly recommend getting another server. Came here tonight to have nice senior dinner and our server Joshua was just on something. As someone who also works in the restaurant industry I understand how hectic taking care of a large party can be. Joshua told us that he was the best server there and not to worry. That's when everything went downhill. He wouldn't take our drink orders until everyone was here and everyone was ready to order food. He said he's bring waters out for everyone in the mean time: Only brought out 6 glasses for 12 of us. Then after we order, multiple drinks came out wrong and we were also missing a drink (all nonalcoholic).Come time for food, he brought out a duplicate of an order and very rudely said "Well someone had to have ordered it." One of our seniors then told him that she ordered that food but she already had it in front of her. Instead of owning up to his mistake he was very condescending to the senior and walked off. My sandwich was also supposed to have fries and they were missing. Had to bring out the menu to prove that fries were included with sandwiches. He never came back to check if we needed refills, if the food was good, or even if we wanted to order desserts. The next time we saw him was with the checks when the next issue arose. Some foods were put on the wrong check and when we brought the issue up he got combative with us and continuously said "I don't understand why you're getting mad."Even after we've already paid, he had to audacity to approach me to continue to tell me that he gave great service and got defensive like we were in the wrong. I ended up speaking with the manager who tried to make things right by giving pizookie vouchers and telling me that Joshua was going to get a coaching.I will not be dining here again.

Server was extremely rude and condescending. Wouldn't correct checks with items from different tabs while asking high school kids to just pay for each other, while we all know they had enough only for their own meal. When bringing food out, would be rude when saying the item and when no one ordered it say "well someone had to order it" in a very rude manner. When being notified of any issues would get defensive and combative. When confronting the manager, the manager only comp'd future pizookie's...I plan on NEVER returning to this BJ's.

We've been to several BJs in the greater Orlando area & this is the best! Tuna Poke & tomato soup we're excellent. Fresh sushi grade tuna in the pile with flavorful wasabi guacamole while the soup was very creamy. Pork chop was large, juicy and flavorful. Steak & salmon in the salads were also properly cooked (not over cooked & dried out) which surprised us since restaurants often overdo it on salad accompaniments. The strawberry shortcake desert was too sweet & service was slow (like so many establishments) due to short staffing, but it was a very enjoyable night out for the family. Very good food at a very reasonable price. We'll be back!
