Wonderful service! i accidentally forgot my leftover baked ziti at my table. i made it a few minutes down the street before i realized. i went back inside but unfortunately the table had already been cleaned and everything thrown out. The wonderful manager Gabe was gracious enough to have the kitchen cook me a brand new Ziti! Thank you so much BJs!!!

I think they should’ve had someone else to cover the to-go orders for her while she was gone, so it wasn’t her fault at all. It’s management issue, especially since the manager on duty (Kyle) made it seem as no big deal.

Worst service from the kitchen! Fries at the end of our dinner… flatbread was not my order… Appetizer at the same time of my entree… But she said to us “Everything is on control!”.
I used to love going to BJ's. I love their food, both the selection and quality. I love their beer. I have been let down repeatedly by their service. Tonight the server read our order back to us and read the wrong entree for my wife. My wife corrected her. My wife still got the wrong entree. After eating, we waited for at least 10-15 minutes for our server to come by so we could ask for the check. We drove separately, so I told her to go home and I'll stay and pay. I didn't leave for another 20 minutes! Once I go the check, I paid on the app so I wouldn't have to wait even longer for them to bring my change. I saw other people waiting for a table. I would think they would want to turn my table over as fast as possible. I don't want an apology or free stuff. I just want them to do better so I enjoy going there again.
