We are regulars to Bob Evans and this location falls short of their usual standards. There was only one server who was working as hard as she could but this resulted in slow service. Comparing this location to others and other brands, its clear its a managerial issue and not one staff member. I would suggest a training manager from head office visits and tries to help them out. We love the brand and the family feel, this location just needs a bit of support.

Walk in and it was a bit of a chaotic situation, even though it did not seem to be busy. We tried to be patient and understanding, but it just got worse. Coffee was barely coffee, super weak. But at least they had coffee. We had to get up to ask for more as we were done with our cup for about 15 minutes and nobody came by. When we got our food, it looked like it was thrown onto the plate, and items were mostly over or under cooked (eggs=over, bacon=under). They forgot my daughterâs side and I had to go ask for it. Skipping ahead, we went to pay and were met with major attitude and rudeness. Will NOT be back.

If I could give them a zero rating I would have I'll take about 20 minutes for the waitress to even recognize us there were people waiting for an hour for breakfast items then won't say you know what forget it she didn't even care she just let us walk not a good place as far as the food we don't know no one came to our table at all she was too busy talking to the regulars unfortunately for her I'm a high tiper so she messed up

Stop, drop and GO!!!! Bob Evans are hard to mess up but this is just the absolute vibe. As soon as you walk in, youâre greeted with smiles and friendly faces. They quickly seat you based on the time of the day times vary Iâm sure. But this place is worth any wait!! The menu options are unreal, the food is served hot and delicious. The drinks are refreshing but so is the attitudes of the whole staff. I wouldnât just return to this location, I would live here if I could. Thank you Cynethia Purse and staff for such a memorable visit!
Parking: Plenty of spots and 4 handicap spots right out front-no curb!
