We normally stop on are way home and the last three times we asked for cheese foam they out of it. Yesterday we before we order we asked if they have cheese foam and the guy look the menu and said " IT is in the menu right" with bad attitude. We explained him why asked. If you are spending money in a business the least you expect is good costumer service.

My first time coming to this location was very disappointing I asked for a lychee Slush which is typical of most boba locations, I was given a lychee with a cheese foam on top, which totally changes the flavor. I was respectful of the 2 young ladies that helped me, and so were they. The big problem is they said store policy they could not remake the drink which surprised me because every other boba place was accommodating. So they took the drink back dumped it in the trash and I was given no refund and no remake of the drink. I don’t believe this is how a well established business should treat any customer. I will follow up as they told me the entire family just left for China

Firstly I love how close it is to home . The Food is great all the drinks I have always been good and I love how fresh the fruit drinks taste ! The Food is Great and it’s a peaceful environmental great for studying !

Food wasn’t bad it was pretty good but they could definitely step it up. The plastic utensils were so flimsy it was annoying to eat my fried chicken curry katsu. I also don’t understand why there’s an option to tip when you don’t have an actual server and they don’t bring your food out to your table.

Food was not good at all. Whatever soy sauce they use is really salty, and the Bulgogi wrap was bland. The strawberry green tea is pretty good, but other than that everything else was low quality will never come here again.

It's a nice shop with good food and drink options. It has a lot of space and I love the small space themes that they got going on. Usually quiet and a nice place to study.

I’ve been coming here for a while, and I am truly disappointed!!! ☹️ Today I went in for some boba and 1 out of 3 drink was made incorrectly. When asked for it to be remade, they refused. I go here on a regular basis no, you do not need to remember my drink, but when asked for a replacement, it shouldn’t be a problem, especially when I’m purchasing more than one drink at a time sometimes even food.. That is why I’m so disappointed in the service. I will be finding a new Boba shop

The drink was absolutely phenomenal I had to get more and if you haven’t tried the Katsu Sando TRUST me get on it.
