Both the salmon I had and the Mahi Mahi my companion had were quite overcooked and dry. Shouldn't need a knife to cut fish filets! Disappointing, because the light glaze (bourbon maple) was pretty tasty. Chef needs to back off on about 90- 120 seconds of cooking time, at least. Waiter was okay, but didn't know the difference between cherries and cranberries on the dessert.

Love their monthly themed 4/5 course meals paired with drink. We meet new couples . The staff is amazing & the chef meals are always great, the drinks complement everything.

Our server was outstanding. She anticipated our needs and acted before we even made a request. She also conducted regular quality checks and overall made the entire experience enjoyable. Service of our food was quick, but not rushed. The setting was comfortable. We were celebrating our anniversary and they acknowledged it in several ways before and after our meal.

We went to celebrate our 45th anniversary of our first date (we noted that on our Open Table reservation). Our server was not very attentive and did not bring out any of our drinks or meals. Our meals were brought out separately (about 3 minutes apart). The food was not as not as flavorful as we have had in the past. We were never asked if we wanted another cocktail or asked how our meal was. He was very quick to get rid of us. There was no recognition of our occasion. We have been to this location many times in the past three years and this had to be the worst experience to date we had. We will try this location one more time before we try another Bonefish Grill. We have always had a great experience at Bonefish and look forward to trying it again.

Food and drinks were excellent. Started with bang bang shrimp and calamari, both were a very big hits with the 7 of us . Meals consisted of Steak Bistro, lobster ravioli, shrimp and scallops , fish and chips , and rainbow trout . Everyone enjoyed their meals. Lou our waiter was excellent and on point making sure we had everything we needed and refilled waters a couple times. Definitely will be returning
