We had a reservation which always helps. Hostess seated us upon arrival and wait staff were attentive from beginning to the end. All of us had different dinner selections which were served timely and hot! The only noticeable change in recent years is the cost for specialty appetizer Bang Bang Shrimp, more expensive and less/smaller portions. Looks like a lot when served until you notice the mound of chopped lettuce in the dish. Overall pricing is moderate considering the restaurants...

As always, our experience at Bonefish grill in Kissimmee was great all around. Our server Julia, was very attentive and very professional. The food was delicious! Definitely will be back soon.

Both the salmon I had and the Mahi Mahi my companion had were quite overcooked and dry. Shouldn't need a knife to cut fish filets! Disappointing, because the light glaze (bourbon maple) was pretty tasty. Chef needs to back off on about 90- 120 seconds of cooking time, at least. Waiter was okay, but didn't know the difference between cherries and cranberries on the dessert.
