Within an hour of getting home, my partner and I got the worst food poisoning. My partner ended up in the emergency room with dehydration after 24 hours of non stop vomiting and diarrhea. Will never eat seafood again here. Be aware!

Angel the manager is rude and has no customer service skills. Restaurant is dirty. Limited options on the buffet, the butter is not real butter, watered down fountain drinks. Definitely not worth $65 a person. Now I know why we were the only family in the restaurant. Lots of other options in the area for better seafood. I never leave reviews but this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Plus I was overcharged! There were only 3 adults and 2 children. Drinks are usually included at other buffets. $65 per adult, $25.95 per child, plus drinks. WHAT A RIP OFF. I hope Angel pockets the money so she can go get her teeth fixed

Deserves 5 stars but can't bring myself to do it at $65 a person... food was good. Variety was good. Kamal was an excellent waiter, very attentive, very helpful, kept our table clean, and showed us how handle the whole lobster. Not sure what he is getting paid but he should get a raise.

Omgggg, I love this place and would definitely go back again, My server Alana was so sweet and very attentive, she told me not to clean the mess up that my 1 year old made, and to just enjoy my food, but I couldn't leave that mess on the floor for her to clean up.. we had the hot bar from crab legs, blue crab, mussels, creating your own crab boil with whole lobster, different kind of shrimps, remind you its (ALL YOU CAN EAT). And my son got chicken tender and Mac and cheese because he's so picky, and I couldn't afford to pay 26$ for him to eat a little bit of this and that and my baby girl ate with me. If you're thinking about going, don't think, just go ?? might be pricey but definitely worth it

This is a regular stop for me when it was Boston Lobster, and this is the first visit as Bourbon Street....... and it was awesome. Staff was great as always. Alana took great care and excellent customer service. The Boil was like being in NOLA. I will be back. Highly recommend visiting. ?????

My wife and I recently ate here. The food quality was not what we expected for the $160 we spent for the buffet, two drinks. I have had better food for less expense. The staff is extremely friendly.

My personal opinion of this place of this restaurant the food was not good the lobster was very very chewy, the shrimp has no taste no seasonings in it, the buffet it looks great from you but the food not so much, what I paid for the food was not worth the money I paid $86 for this for the buffet and we were told that the buffet was only $64 per person all you can eat at the end of the night we got a bill of $1,067.95. This restaurant will never be mentioned again the worst Seafood experience I've ever had including all my coworkers the service terrible the food was terrible the atmosphere in the restaurant and the way it looked was horrible the minute we walked in there were food on the floor the floor was dirty and nasty it smells horrible. I've been to a lot of seafood places never had this experience there will never see us again. The service they all need to do better now I see why they held people hostage in that place they tell you one thing and they charge you another this restaurant needs to be closed.

Food was absolutely amazing. Great service, continually got checked on. Also shoutout to Kamal (who was not our server) for showing us how to crack lobster when we asked! When we visit Orlando again, we will definitely dine here again. Fair priced as

My sister and I are there this past Sunday. The food was pretty good. I had ribs, chili pepper chicken, Bourbon chicken, rice, fried shrimp and a little bit of calamari. Everything was tasty. The corn on the cob was delicious. My sister had lobster two times and enjoyed it. They had all kinds of seafood salad as well as rice, gumbo, jambalaya, and soup. My sister enjoyed the lobster as well as the lobster bisque soup. The waitress was very nice and answered all our questions. The manager came around to ask if all was well. The only con I have is the drinks. I had a pineapple, virgin daiquiri, and my sister had the mango. They were not very good, but my sister requested her money back, and the manager was very cooperative. They did give me a souvenir glass with my drink. All in all, it was a good experience for us. We didn’t eat dessert because we were full! It was worth the $64.95 buffet price.

Very enjoyable experience! Drove 2 hours but it was well worth the drive. Dined with my daughter and we both enjoyed sampling different kinds of seafood that we had never tried. It was all you care to eat as well and very affordable. The service was outstanding, all staff were very friendly and helpful. They came around frequently to assist and teach if needed how to clean lobster etcetera. Look forward to returning in the future.
