I went to make a purchase for the first time, since the place had been recommended to me, and very good service. Johani, one of the girls who was there, was very kind and knowledgeable about the place and what I was looking for. Ahhh and I bought a piece of cake, which I had heard so much about the Boricua style and I loved it. I recommend the place.

I arrived asking for a cake because it's my birthday and Brenda, the owner, gave it to me because it was my birthday.
birthday🥺 I didn't know her but I see her on the networks and Wow she made my birthday with this very nice detail. The cake is delicious and super cute. I highly recommend it.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience. I bought one of the larger cakes they have for a family birthday and asked if they could write 'Happy Birthday' on it. They told me they don’t offer that service. I found that kind of odd, considering their cakes are basically plain with not much design at all. When I asked to buy icing to do it myself, they charged extra for the icing and a 'Happy Birthday' sign, bringing the total closer to $50, even though the cake alone was over $35. For that price, I could have easily gone to a supermarket, gotten a larger cake, and had 'Happy Birthday' written on it for free. I decided to go ahead, hoping the quality would make up for the cost, but when I got home, the frosting melted quickly and the cake was a little too sweet. For the price, it wasn’t worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.
I bought some guava pastries for an activity for my niece and when I picked them up when I got home and opened them, they were raw and everything was crushed. I tried to take them out to see if I could save anything and some of them were even raw... that is, money was lost because I didn't throw them away. I had time to return but I consider it a lack of respect and responsibility because you are paying for a service and trusting in its flavor and quality and what happened was not at all pleasant but thank you for nothing here is the photo of what was tried to be saved and How was the product literally like bubble gum instead of guava pastries?
I love moist almond cakes and Brenda’s Cake has the best. The place is an hour away but it's still worth the trip ?. ?% recommended!

Brenda, your cakes are good and affordable but your staff must learn to go the extra mile. You were able to sell two more cakes at 6:02 but your salesperson decided to explain to me that she couldn't let me take the cake and leave because I had to throw away the trash.

We called to quote a cake and the response was we receive the orders on Mondays and they are delivered on Wednesdays, we don't make personalized ones and that's it, zero customer service and zero kindness.
