I have come here on two occasions and they are very unprofessional and have terrible customer service, like a type of discrimination. If you have a restaurant, it doesn't matter who comes through the door, you must offer good service because guess what, it's the customers that sustain a business.

Good ol fashioned pizza! Fresh delicious hot from the oven. Garlic knots were outstanding. Nice variety of salads as well. Our server ran a table of 20+ with ease. She made a very special day memorable.

Had dinner last night. Food was great. Service was horrible. She had an attitude the whole time. Then the server put a mandatory 20% tip for herself on the tab. Our group size was 12 and I get that a mandatory gratuity is standard with larger groups (I’m always happy to do that) but the audacity of that after the way she acted during the whole service was shocking. It wasn’t deserved we had to ask for the same things multiple times. She was clearly irritated. Maybe I’ll order take out in the future but I wouldn’t be sat there again.

Had a bad experience at this restaurant 😕 I'm a African American Black Man with a family! The waitress gave us a nasty look soon as we arrived and asked to be seated! She looked at my wife gave her a dirty look when we asked to come in she ignored us and was nice and was welcome the Latinos and Spanish and overlooked us because we were Black this business is racist towards black people and I don't know why the city of Kissimmee keeps supporting! And letting these types of establishments in their city especially if they still on racism so unprofessional and discriminating I will never go to Broadway Pizza 🍕 Bar again! Horrible! 😣 They only cater to Latinos if you are Black or White you can forget it! 🤔

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but my most recent visit 08/25/2025 around 7pm, left me feeling unsafe and disappointed. While we were seated at the bar, the manager(lady) was sweeping and throwing chairs around the bar area.(where we were seated). She then cleaned near beer boxes next to the bar and began tossing empty boxes and pieces of cardboard over the bar—directly over our food. Her attitude and body language felt scary and very unprofessional, creating a tense atmosphere. We used to come weekly because the bartender was welcoming and attentive. Please provide more professional decorum in front of customers, ensure cleaning duties don’t disrupt diners, and reinforce a respectful, safe environment during all shifts.

We took the SunRail from DeLand to Kissimmee and, after stepping off the train, decided to try Broadway Pizza Bar near the station. It turned out to be the perfect choice. In the Florida heat, walking into this cool, comfortable space was instantly refreshing. The atmosphere was relaxed yet vibrant, and the staff’s warm welcome set the tone for what became an outstanding lunch.
The food was phenomenal. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and made with care — from the crisp, flavorful salads to the perfectly baked pizza with dough that had the ideal balance of chew and crunch. The bread was warm and inviting, the beverages ice-cold and spot-on, and every bite carried that unmistakable “made here, made right” quality.
Service was the real standout. It was a true breath of fresh air — friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making our experience great. If more restaurants carried themselves with this level of hospitality, dining out everywhere would be a joy.
