I tried to send in a complaint and even the web site would not take the complaint I was over charged and I asked for a certain kind of Ice cream and he gave me what he wanted me to
have when I ask for a refund he refused then he said they did not have the one I wanted then why take my money and to boot I had a coupon and he took it off and then added it back on again that's like stealing from me and the company.

I am again disappointed with Bruster's Trevose. They advertised Banana Cream Pie ice cream as favor of the month. I got it last week and it was outstanding. Went back Monday to buy it again and they were out. This is the 2nd time that they did this. A couple of months ago they had Butter Cake Ice cream as favor of the month and a week before the flavor expired they ran out but they were still advertising it. How can they do this? So if you are going to get it, it's gone. Shame on you Bruster's.

TAYLOR WAS AWESOMEEEE! I made a mistake on my order so I called up there and Taylor made sure I was taken care of. Thank you so much for your amazing customer service and for going above and beyond. Not once did I feel like it was a bother. This is now my go to Buster’s just because of Taylor AND the ice cream is simply delicious!!!! My go to is the butter pecan and the butterscotch version when it’s in season. I truly hope they continue to hire people with the same willingness to help.

Great service by Jaylynn she was friendly and very patient while decided what flavor to have. This place is great it has a rewards program for repeat customers. You order through and outside window and you can see how they make the ice cream. On Thursday's you are able to bring a banana for half off a banana split. I loved that they also had a connect 4 game and jenga pieces by the sitting area.

Ice cream was very good and staff was friendly and helpful. It was disappointing that there was no inside seating only outside. Too hot here to sit outside.

Giving 4 stars and 5 because what we got was ridiculously OVER SWEET. We got mango/dragon fruit sorbet (very very sweet), cherry/blue pop (blue pop don’t do it unless you want diabetes) Italian ice and two kids dino dirt ice cream. The staff and atmosphere were very nice! Maybe next time we’ll try something else but I doubt we’ll be back.

All of this ice cream is made fresh. Even the cones are made fresh every day. They had multiple vegan options made out of oat milk, which was awesome as well. So many options to choose from I feel like this place is totally a hit because there were tons of people here, but the lines went very quick and all the staff was very nice. Outside seating as well. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

If you are looking for dairy free or vegan options, this is the place to be. They have a rotating list of vegan ice cream and sorbet. Sherbet is not dairy free even though it's located on the same menu. We loved the sorbet and the vegan ice cream. Some all around favorites like mint chocolate chip, raspberry truffle, or unique ones like Mango Dragonfruit. Check out the side of the building for bags, checkers, tic tac toe, and tables with umbrellas.
