TAYLOR WAS AWESOMEEEE! I made a mistake on my order so I called up there and Taylor made sure I was taken care of. Thank you so much for your amazing customer service and for going above and beyond. Not once did I feel like it was a bother. This is now my go to Buster’s just because of Taylor AND the ice cream is simply delicious!!!! My go to is the butter pecan and the butterscotch version when it’s in season. I truly hope they continue to hire people with the same willingness...
Great service by Jaylynn she was friendly and very patient while decided what flavor to have. This place is great it has a rewards program for repeat customers. You order through and outside window and you can see how they make the ice cream. On Thursday's you are able to bring a banana for half off a banana split. I loved that they also had a connect 4 game and jenga pieces by the sitting area.
