Worst place you can enter in downtown Kissimmee. We entered, seated fir 10 minutes, I had to stand up and get the menus, plus the staff never acknowledged that we were there, they don’t said how is their process, you need to be a soothsayer. When we addressed the counter seated employed, He said I am sorry, guess he was waiting for us to make our sandwiches and coffees by ourselves. I just stand up and left. No vayan aqui, mal servicio !

The cortadito was delicious, and I can’t complain about the service. I do think more menu guidance or suggestions would have been helpful when you’re out of town, it’s easier to order what you already know. That said, the coffee was excellent and definitely a highlight.

They are rude there food is not to par, you have wannabe gangsters in front that judge you before entering, I don’t know why this place has all these stars, but so far it’s horrible. We need a New an American restaurant! Reporting to the health department!

The food was amazing and the service was great! First time trying Cuban food and Cuban coffee and I was very happy with everything. I ordered the breakfast burrito which was great but next time I will definitely try one of the sandwiches. I tried two different coffee drinks, the cafe con leche iced and the cortadito, both were very delicious! I definitely recommend this place and will definitely go back next time we visit Kissime.
