Can't even give a star for the food because we didn't even get seated. We stood there for like 30 minutes and no one came to seat us. We found a worker sitting down with airpods doing absolutely nothing, and another one who told her to get up and follow her, they walked out reeking of cannabis and did not say a word to us. All i'm saying is have better customer service.

If they’re short of help, don’t bother to go gear. Took us an hour plus to get our food and then get out. It is no excuse to be short of help because that’s the manager’s job.

Highly disappointed. Every location I've been to prior has offered up the Veteran's special as to go as well as eat in. This location does not do the special as to go. Cannot comment on any other aspect, as I did not stay upon learning that.

I ordered via uber eats both the cauliflower wings and tator tots. It tasted amazing with the various spices.

Suggestion - your franchise should consider chataigne/ chestnut wings.

The worst takeout ever, staff were sitting around whilst I stood at the counter, I literally had to walk in the kitchen to get someone, got home food was dry didn’t have any of the sauces I ordered very disappointed to say the least. Not surprised the place was empty😡

arrived on estimate pickup order time. waited extra 20-30 mins(along with 6 other people just waiting.) no one to greet you or acknowledge you unless you get their attention.. no problem, maybe they're short staffed. got my food, drove 8 min home and my food is somehow ice cold. so what was going on in the 20-30 mins i waited? my food was just sitting on the shelf? because they sure weren't using the food warmer that they usually use. worst $80 i ever spent, but they sure will never get another dime from me. Heck, even 🌶's has better wings than a WING PLACE.

In this place I put a tip and I want 10 dollars more, additionally the waiter never explained to me the deal of Tuesday 50% I have to go to this place to have them explain to me why they changed the tip

The wings were cold when I did a pick up order. They are not obligated to do anything for Customer Service wise so don’t feel like you’re gonna be specially treated at a wing place like this.

It does suck to say that our food was atrocious this evening. We placed our order at 10:50 with an 11:10pm pick up time. First issue came when our food was 40 minutes total instead of the 20 minutes quoted. Next issue, our food was cold and the last issue was the fact that our chicken was so over fried to where it was hard.
I’m not quite sure how that would have happened unless my food sat and sat long before it was given to me, even though we showed up at 11:13pm. This was my first time visiting this location on my vacation and because of this experience, I don’t see myself returning in the future.

I’m sure the reviews will pour in after last nights performance. We arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings on Super Bowl Sunday at 6:20. Place was packed. So I knew it would take a minute to get seated. We got seated around 7pm. Our server stopped real quick to say he will be with us in a few minutes. Understandable. When he did come we ordered cheese sticks and 2 drinks from the bar. The mozz sticks came out at about 10 minutes but we were told the drinks are still being worked on. We waited about 45 minutes for our drinks to hit the table. Sometime in between we ordered our food before getting the drinks. Let me tell you. We did not get our food until there was 2 minutes left in the entire game. I even ordered another mozz sticks at half time for their 2 minute drill those didn’t come until the end of the game. We waited over 2 and a half hours for food! The manager said they are going to comp the entire check and I gave the server $40 cash for tip. He tried his best. But I would steer clear away from this bdubs. Either someone quit last night or they don’t have the training required to run a Super Bowl. As we were leaving there had to be at least 30+ bags of food for doordash uber eats and grubhub to be picked up. Which probably got thrown away at the end of the night which is sad because they made those orders to toss when I’m sitting in the restaurant starving waiting 2 1/2 hours for wings and French fries

I understand its super bowl but really. My husband got to the restaurant at 430/5 ordered appetizers that didn't arrive until after 2nd quarter of the game. Ordered entrees had to ask several times where the food was because our waiter was a bit non-existent. Some of the food came out some didn't some was cold and old some was subpar. Def not impressed will never come back here. So many ppl walked out after how long they waited with no answers in sight. The manager looked overworked and underpaid to be polite. Service what service. Do better is all I can say. The amount of lost revenue is crazy!!!!
