Hubby and I stopped for a bite, their drive thru was quite busy but the staff was very polite. The store itself was pretty clean, however, the floor was quite sticky.

It had been a long time since I had gone to Burger King. When going to this location, the burgers are huge and quite good. Very filling. Burger King's burgers are now bigger and tastier. The only thing is that now fast foods are too expensive.
Bad treatment by the staff, the manager Rosmari, addresses the customers badly, there is a delay in delivery, 1 hour wait to buy

I don’t mind that no one speaks English but why would you make a customer wait 7+ minutes at the front counter. The smaller old lady saw me and instantly turned her head once she we made eye contact. At least acknowledge that I’m here. I had to wait for a guy to go to the bathroom and come back just to take my order. That’s not right. No one was in the lobby but me. Terrible people and service.
Stopped by the dual drive-thru and no one ferreted me between 3 minutes of waiting. Not planning on returning based on this pick up experience. No one greeted me in 10 minutes. No one asked me what I needed. It was clear no one had asked the person in front of me either. One person came in behind me and talked to an employee and they go their order. But I still didn’t. A 3rd employee kissed someone that came in and handed them something, and I still did not get my order.

I requested through the doorDash app at first that my order was taken by someone else. It took me about 25 minutes to resend it again. And then what Hera did not arrive was very bad service and the phones were not answered.
