I give it 1 star for service because I don't have the option to put -0, yesterday I went shopping in the morning, the person who was the cashier had a very bad attitude, then a skinny cashier arrived who was 100% different from the previous one, but that girl gave terrible service, bad manners when speaking, complaining about everything, she yelled my number at me when she didn't even give me the receipt "how am I supposed to know my number?"

Dear OWNER OF THIS PLACE! SOS 🆘
I never thought I’d have to write this email. But after countless disappointing experiences at your establishment, I’m left with no other choice. I’ve tried leaving reviews, I’ve tried addressing issues in person, and yet—nothing changes.
Every single time I visit, my order is wrong. Either something is missing, or my simple requests—like no pickles—are completely ignored. It’s as if attention to detail and customer care no longer matter. But tonight, on February 1, 2025, at 11:09 PM, I experienced something far worse: outright disregard and hostility. after waiting for 30 minutes tor my order, THEY GAVE MY ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 OH MY GOD! Unbelievable!!!!!!!
I cannot begin to express how disheartening this is. I have been a loyal customer, coming here every single Saturday. Not because I want to, but because this location is close to my home. But now I have to ask—am I wasting my time? Should I finally take my business elsewhere? Do you even care?
I am begging for an answer. If customer satisfaction means anything to you, if my loyalty matters at all, please—respond. Let me know if there is a way to reach you directly, whether by phone or email, because at this point, I need to hear it from you: Does my business matter to you, or should I finally walk away for good?
I hope you’ll prove to me that my concerns aren’t falling on deaf ears.

“I’ve given this location multiple chances, and I’m disappointed every time. On my latest visit, I waited over 10 minutes for someone to take my order, and when the manager finally did, it took even longer to complete the process. She instructed me to go to the first window, but no one was there. When I moved to the second window, she told me to go back to the first one. After paying, she asked me to wait until she finished something else.
As someone who has worked in fast food, I know these delays are likely attempts to manipulate service times, but it’s not working—the service here is already terrible. While I understand there may be staffing issues, it’s clear the management is unorganized. Additionally, communication is a challenge; there seems to be a language barrier with some staff. Although I can speak a little Spanish, it still made the experience more frustrating. Unfortunately, this location hasn’t improved despite multiple visits.”

The food was nasty ash. We ordered the meal through door dash we had to get a refund because I swear on my soul they was just playing with my food . The bottom bun was hella stale one of my brackets on my braces almost broke . We said no pickles and I guess they grabbed a hand full and dumped it on there just because they was bored as a mf. AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON THOSE HARD FRYS PLS IF YOU DONT CLEAN THAT OLD OIL. And btw y'all know y'all dead wrong for adding that RAWWW bacon and jalapeños I almost burned my lower region hairs when I took that bite .Oh and they forgot my shake too.
