I ordered the SpongeBob meal and the experience was HORRIBLE. Mainly because 2 out of the 4 items I didn’t receive. They were out of the pineapple slushy drink and they did not give me the pie that comes with it. I have called the store 8 times no answer. The customer service is terrible and they really need more training..

Since the new management took over, this Burger King in BVL has completely transformed! The service is truly amazing. Every time I come in, I make sure to let the team know how great they are. The food is always fresh, fast, and the customer service is outstanding. Keep up the great work!

Esteban was extremely rude. I was asking why a double cheeseburger was now $4 when very recently, it was $2.80... That's over a 40% increase and he was just trying to educate me about inflation... Obviously he didn't know who he was talking to. Never again, this is ignorance, that's the worst !

Hi I went to I went to Burger King today with my dad. After his doctor's appointment went to get some burgers. And of course, being very busy as they try the best to get everything. But anytime I try to ask a question or anything like that, I get the finger by particularly like this one staff Esteban, who was very rude. Not just to me, but to others. The other patriots I understand you're busy, but you don't have as do the hand in the figure. And you say, Hey, sir, or ma'am, can you give me a moment? I'll try to get to you. Will say that I don't know why I'm posting this but I just want that. My frustration, this it's been a hard day and I don't need to go back to the 90s. And show in the finger, or the hand is Charlotte's talk to me. If you want to be rude, but I just want to pull that out to that particular And his hand he, you know where he can keep

Bring a pillow if you order from this place. So you can take a nap. You will wait 20 mins for a hamburger. And it tastes like sadness

Ingot a hair in my burger and i tried to get one of the deals from the app and the manager refused to give it to me
So glad they rebuilt store. Have been several times since rebuild. Had stopped going before

When I went to Burger King, There was no self ordering screens, and the bathrooms was locked for some reason?, and when we ordered our food we went to the drinks machine but only had coke and sprite, not even water 💀. Anyways when we went to the condiment bar there was no ketchup, no mustard, and no mayo, anyways the food was good, would I come back?, No.
Also the AC wasn’t working properly and was a bit hot.
I wouldn’t just went to my school cafeteria because the food is free and way better than this and has good AC.

I waited 10 min in the auto service, no one answer my order, was now around 3 am, I read was open 24 hours, I drive 20 min for nothing

The manager here should be ashamed of herself. She thinks it's ok for workers to touch money and then touch food without washing their hands. Her excuse was our district manager knows. They need to be shut down and get all new management. Health inspectors need to be in this place asap!
