Today, I visited Burger King, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The staff treated me with zero respect, showing an obvious lack of care for customer service. The restaurant itself was filthy, with dirt and mess everywhere—it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages.

The food was even worse. My meal was small, burnt, and smelled terrible, making it practically inedible. I was so frustrated that I left the food right there on the register for them to deal with and walked out.

Overall, this was by far one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had, and I won’t be returning.

Extremely rude staff with condescending attitudes when we simply asked if we could order after standing in front of the registers for 20 min. It's not our fault you're "understaffed". it is 100% the fault of management. Poor handling, poor attitudes, poor management. Truly sad since it's so close to theme parks. Really bad look on the manager on duty that "explained" the situation

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I pull up to the drive through, sat for 20 minutes at the order spot, with no one saying anything. Cars were pulling through so I assumed we were ordering at the first window. I get there and after 10 more minutes of waiting at the window, someone comes up to me and starts condescending towards me asking me why didn’t I wait and that they would not let me order at the window and that I should have known better than to just pull up to window and that it’s common sense. Despite there being ZERO communication of even a “we will be right with you please stay at the window.” THERE WASN’T EVEN THAT. Terrible experience and customer service. Coming from someone who works in customer service.

Literally ordered ahead because it’s 2024 and BK has an app, and when I get here, after 5 minutes after ordering on the app, they are like oh we haven’t made it yet, please wait 5 more minutes and then come back around. I come back around through the drive thru and now have to wait behind 2 other cars. What is the point of calling yourselves “fast food” if it’s going to take this long to get your order and really no point in “ordering ahead”. It happens EVERY SINGLE TIME at this location. They need to step up their game because it shouldn’t be this hard.

The food is great and the Manager Crystal is fantastic, she is extremely friendly and happy to help in any way that she can. As for the atmosphere I love the music they play and they really do treat you like royalty here. It's a little apparent that the store needs some repairs done, especially the leaky roof. But it doesn't detract from the overall experience and I'm now a loyal customer ?

The manager has bad services and charges $0.25 for a little bag honey mustard. Terrible service to the manager, he is close to hitting the customers with his bad attitude and charges without being mentioned in the menu and the prices $0.25 for a bag of honey mustard. Terrible service
