Food was good when we eventually received it, as it took ages for our number to be called, others receiving their orders before ours, even though they arrived after us. Too cold/cool inside the restaurant. Turn it down a little for the evening, you might cut your costs

I would be embarrassed to say I own this place. Tables were.dirty. soda machine says 100s of choices. Only if you keep flavors full. Burgers were smothered in mayo. All burgers had enough mayo to end world hunger. Scrapped off excess and was still too much. Ketchup dispenser was empty. The server gave 3 foil packs for a large fry? Frys tasted real old. Not crisp at all. Burgers could only taste mayo. Would never go there again

The service was awful, so rude and the food was just nasty. I guess because they are in a popular spot, they must feel they don't need to try. Burger King should be very disappointed in this crew.

Not busy in the day can sometimes be busy on Thursday Friday Saturday when Old Town has events french fries are the best at this location hot Krispy service source friendly and nice

I am just trying to understand... how come the whole month of October 2025, Burger King be advertising their Monster Menu but, every time I have tried to come. I get told they don't have any of the products for it.... like I have tried to come at least 2-3x a week JUST to see if they got it and every time I am told they don't got the stuff and dont know when they will have it... and it happened again tonight. Why advertise it all over TV and stuff, if your restaurants never have it..??? So weird. I even come a day or two after it first come out and they said they didnt have it... sorta disappointing. It almost as if the employees don't want to make the food for it.

I’m from a customer service background, and I was shocked to see how a staff member treated a customer who didn’t speak much English. The lady was struggling to pay for her meal at the kiosk, and instead of helping, the employee raised her voice and shouted at her in front of other customers and her family, including small children.

I could never imagine speaking to a customer like that. Management really needs to remind staff that customer service is part of their role. I was able to help the lady myself, but her daughter was upset and wanted to go eat at the McDonald’s across the street instead. It was very disappointing to witness, and I hope it’s addressed properly.

A family arrived at the restaurant (tourists whose language is Spanish) the restaurant employee came out with an unpleasant attitude yelling that she doesn't speak Spanish, the tourists asked her for help so they could order but she kept saying she doesn't speak Spanish, some costumers asked her to be more polite since she is not from the United States, but she comes back and repeats that she doesn't speak Spanish, no one demands that she know the same language, the rest of us only told her to be more kind and empathetic with the family that came on vacation, at this burger king the manager did nothing to resolve the situation and the tourists had to go to another restaurant since they did not feel comfortable. All we ask for is more empathy for tourists who do not speak the same language as them!!!

This girl kept telling us that we closed and to eat outside. We told her that we played and that we will stay inside. By the way the lock the doors late so we entered before they did. She called the cops so we left but even the food was trash
