I used a coupon that was 2 whoppers, 2 large fries and 2 large drinks. On top of that I wanted a cheeseburger no pickles and a 8 piece of the cheesy tots. The cashier didn’t speak any English and completely misunderstood me and didn’t add the cheeseburger burger. The cashier name was Liz. I would recommend putting someone that speaks English at the register. She didn’t add the cheeseburger with no pickles and when I mentioned it Bradley and the manager with short blonde hair said it wasn’t on the receipt so I didn’t order it even though I did Liz just didn’t speak any English. If I wanted it why should I have to pay for it if Liz messed up the order. Bradley completely ignored us, Liz is incompetent and manager with blonde hair is rude as well basically blaming me for not speaking Spanish. I shouldn’t have to speak Spanish to order food. Don’t make it seem like I’m a liar when I already spent 19 dollars what’s 3 more dollars gonna do. Workers need to take note from chick fil a on how to treat customers. Would give 0 stars if possible hope they close down one day.

I had previously posted that this store had gotten better than when I first moved down here and what do you know... back downhill it has gone. How does a store continuously run out of burger meat? This is unacceptable. You sell one primary thing and that is burgers. I came in tonight and once again.. for at least the 10th plus time this store is out of burger meat. It often happens later in the day so perhaps management should do a better job at forecasting and order or the night staff should cook what is ordered. Either the management is failing this store or the night employees are. Hopefully someone at corporate can fix this store. Poinciana deserves better!

I frequent this restaurant often and I am disappointed to learn that they do not honor Veterans on Veterans Day as other burger kings do. I will not be frequenting this establishment again.

Just moved to Poinciana from South Fl. This location is over 9 miles away from my home, over 22 minutes drive, so quite far for "fast & easy food". The kids and I decided to go. Worst decision. Dirty and run down looking parking lot. Restaurant seemed clean on first inspection. Tables and restaurant were all empty and set up with crowns, very cute. When we sat, the booth seats were dirty. Ordered through the app, and went to the pickup. I witnessed the employee opening drawers of food that had been sitting for a while.. this was clear as we began to eat. Nothing tasted fresh. We ordered 2 double whoppers; they had cold beef and extra pieces of questionable beef in one whopper. Mozzarella fries, semi cold and hard. Nuggets, ok. Onion rings, some were hot and others cold and stale, meaning freshness batches were mixed. Fries were tepid. Asked for BBQ sauce, none. Zesty sauce, none! Was told they were expecting a truck delivery soon, as if that solved my order. I asked for mayo and was given some packets. I opened 2 and was horrified. Separation and rancid. I brought this issue up with the manager, Nelixa I believe her name was. Instead of offering an apology or a simple fix, like getting some from the back that is used for the sandwiches, she proceeds to tell me there is NO mayonnaise in the restaurant. That was a lie since I had mayo inside my whopper. I clarified that she did have mayo, and that's what I was showing to her, spoiled! She then turned around and told her employees "I told you not to give out those packets". I believe the proper manager action would have been to throw away and log all food that has gone bad. She offered no regrets and seems to run things horribly. This place is disgusting. Customer service was horrible. Food was not fresh!! Dined inside on 9/30/24 @7pm.
Plain and simple this BK is absolutely trash ! They give me the wrong order I went back and handle this guy the receipt they made my order again I ask the guy for receipt back he give me a freaking attitude saying that he already throw it in the garbage LIKE REALLY DUDE got home the wraps were nasty looks like the lettuce and tomatoes were there for 100 years then my whopper jrs were nasty also the bread was nasty an old lettuce and tomatoes old as well and 3,000 pounds of ketchup! I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this BK on Poinciana anddddd they need to teach the employees some manners ….

Incredible, I was waiting with my family 3 times we spoke for someone and when the manager showed up, he smelled like marijuana, he seemed to be smoking outside in the back, he didn't understand what Burger King was telling him about poincina and they didn't have almost any soda, they didn't have any sauce, BQ, they really didn't. I had seen something like that in a food place

Your employee's did a wonderful job.They had only 3 employee's working in this storm Milton. Kept there posture,very pleasent.tryed to keep a fast pace.Lobby very clean.
