I went to BK, I put in an order to take with me. One of the orders was missing. I called the number on the receipt, it's not in service. I was unable to go back at night. I was busy, I couldn't go back until a couple of days after. The manager Anna said, she couldn't give me back my order ,I should have come back sooner. Anyhow, she gave me half of the order back. When I paid full price. This is not nice to treat your customers so harsh, when it was their fault, they didn't put everything I paid for in the bag. I would not recommend this place. They are not accommodating to their customers. They should also practice health and safety and wear gloves đ§€

Terrible customer service
I went through the Burger King drive-thru today around 1:05 pm to redeem my rewards points, and the employee flat-out refused to let me use them. On top of that, her attitude was nasty, rude, and completely unprofessional. There was no explanation, no help, and no attempt to fix the issue. A rewards program is useless if employees wonât honor it, and being treated this way as a paying customer is unacceptable. This was a very frustrating experience and not what I expect from any restaurant, especially a major chain.

This Burger King is not the same. Is the worse Burger King, the manager is so rude and the restaurant super full and he is taking his time. I asked him politely if my personal order and the delivery was ready and he told me to sit down and wait up to he want to bag it. I been waiting for a hour and he doesnât want to give me the food. I would love to post the pictures for corporate can see the way this man works at this store.
whoever the district manager is of burger king definitely needs to make a stop into this location and re train their management team . there is so much lack of delegation and training . i waited in line for 20 mins before i even got recolonized and there was maybe 3 cars in drive thru total , as soon as someone finally took my order the lobby got full . if your going to advertise spongebob meal and im ordering the items at least put it in the correct boxes . donât get mad at me for wanting the experience for my child to be there , when you have the product . and i shouldnât have to make sure all my items are in the bag , whoever is expo should be making sure everything is in there .
Typical fast food, nothing fancy. Just getting a quick bite to go, prices are up too. Great service.

I ordered two medium whopper combos without ketchup and mayo. One burger was supposed to be cut in half (it had onion but the other didnât. I got two small combos doused with ketchup and mayo along with onion and neither burger was cut in half. The meals were inedible. They cost nearly $25 and Burger King offered me $15 âto make it rightâ. That is so disrespectful, I cannot believe it. We will be continuing our relationship with Wendyâs and McDonaldâs in the this area but we will not patronize this Burger King location again.
The burger size is nice but the taste isnt so great the fries taste funny also.

I only drink water and tea. I ordered a tea for my cheat day. I waited 5 minutes and I finally was called up to get my cup. My cup was empty so I just figured maybe the tea was on the fountain kiosk. Completely empty. No tea at all. So I went back up to the counter and I asked her about the tea. She said hold on and walked away. She came back and told me that they don't have tea. I'm just frustrated that she let me pay for a medium size cup of tea knowing that there was no tea available.
The place was dirty. The tables havenât been cleaned for at least 25 minutes that Iâve been here with the kids. If I can post some pictures, I would. I guess the manager donât care cause it wasnât like that before.

On August 22 at around 12:50 AM, I visited your location with my 65-year-old father to place an order. When I arrived, a staff member who identified herself as Myra refused to take my order because I entered from the wrong side of the lot where the arrows are marked.
It was dark, and I had difficulty seeing the signs clearly. While I understand traffic flow is important, I found it very disrespectful and unnecessary to be denied service for this reasonâespecially given the circumstances.
As a customer, I believe situations like this should be handled with courtesy and understanding. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that future customers arenât treated the same way.

I usually defend this burger king as I haven't had a problem in the last 4 years. That changed today as I went in and wanted to try the new brisket whopper. When I got my burger I checked to make sure there's no tomato like I do with all burger places but was shocked how little brisket was put on the burger(see picture). I asked if this was the correct amount of brisket on the sandwich and the person said yes, 2 scoops. Now maybe they use teaspoon sized scoops but that looks no where near regular scoops. After eating half of the sandwich is when I could taste the brisket which is crazy. Don't buy the brisket whopper from this location unless u are OK with the little bit of the thing that makes this burger different.

Stuffed two meals In one bad and as I get my car the whole bag falls apart while holding middle of the bag. While my drive home is maybe 5 min. Waste of money and food

I just want to thank the general manager Milexa, and the assistant manager Darleen for the quick service I received at this location. The service has improved immensely, since the last time I was here, and I haven't been here for a while. I made my order they expedited my order in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the level of customer service that the general manager and assistant manager provided to me, and my family, I had several questions about my order they gladly with smiles& courtesy. Took the time out although they were busy to address my concerns, I was satisfied with the outcome being that I'm a manager as well at a fast food restaurant. hats off to the management team for a job well done. I have to recognize these ladies because it's the right thing to do. Hat off to them both, I would have given six stars but they only allowed to me to give them five stars. đ Food was fresh. I'll will definitely come back again with my family. By the way, loving the remolding. Very clean lobby, & restrooms. đđ€đ
