21 min to get meal ridiculous, manager has a who cares attitude other staff working their butts off understaffed for peak times dont go there if theres more than 3-4 people in line they cant handle it and drive thru. Food is good if you ever get it. Dining rm tables dirty as usual.

Stood in line for 20 minutes and nobody even acknowledged me. Staff completely ignored me. Wasn’t even that full

Got here around 1pm and it was pretty slow. In fact, there were only 2 customers besides us. Keep in mind that October is a slow month here, not like summer when it's packed. Service was good and fast. The food was also good. The restaurant was very clean and had a lot of parking. The only negative I have is that sometimes the associates were all out back instead of near the counter. The few customers they did have had to wait for an associate to come to the counter if they needed some help.

UPDATE: Visited again a week later at about the same time. This time service was much better! Aria, the casher took our orders and got the food to us right away. The restaurant was not busy, but there were at least 3 clerks who were either wiping down the tables or mopping the floor. I have to say that this is one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest, fast food restaurants we have been in awhile.

Since it's next to the hotel I'm staying at, I thought it would be okay, but I was wrong. The burger I ordered was probably undercooked and I found a hair in my Oreo shake. The lady who took my order had an attitude, I'm not sure why, but I will never come to this place again.

I had a pretty average chicken sandwich.
The bread was stale and the sandwich unappetizing.
The chips 10 out of 10 the environment should worry about having it much cleaner

This was very sad. Went here with my son because he likes the BK commercial have it your way. Well it was very disappointing.
The burgers were not good and the toppings were old and looked outdated.
Had to ask for condiments only have lids and straws out by soda machine.
Would not go back
