Bad service, poor customer service, the drink dispenser only had one kind and the taste was horrible! We ordered the BBK Brisket Whopper, and the bun was almost empty! What a shame that this long-standing franchise is providing such poor service! It seems these employees were trained to make a poor burger! We practically only ate the bun.

Every time we come here there’s always an issue. Whether it takes them 10 minutes to even answer on the headset or they mess up the order completely. Today We got 2 medium cokes. One came half filled. And the amount of mayo on the whoopers was absolutely disgusting and nauseating. I’m tired of giving this place the benefit of the doubt and spending $30 on food that is never correct and worth nothing more than $2.
