Bad service, long wait times. We placed our order at 4.38 they did not start working on it until 4.48 despite the fact that there were only a couple of customers in the place when we arrived. The manager kept repeating orders to the kitchen staff as if they had no clue what they were doing. The employees in the kitchen were also on their cell phones or talking to each other, while we were waiting. Almost 20min later and we are still editing. We hope the food will be at least good.
After. 5pm they still hadn’t had a clue when the order would be ready so we cancelled and asked for a refund.

He was very nice, attentive, and while making all orders in store and online offered to assist me with placing my order. I didn’t need assistance and thanked him. Horrible customer service…. They forgot 1 of my meals .. I went back to the store and was accused of stealing the meal and this guy refused to give me his name and said they was looking at the cameras….This was my favorite place not anymore

I Walked in planning to “be good,” walked out with their jumbo onion ring crumbs on my shirt, a Swag burger in my stomach, and zero regrets. The burgers? Don't have them if you dont like Juicy burgers💦 Their Fries? Don't have them if you dont like the perfect crisp and softness at the same time. Their milkshakes?? Cold, creamy, and shockingly… the machine actually works.
If I ever go missing, check BurgerFi first.. I’ll be in the corner with a napkin cape, living my best life. 🍔🍟🥤

Everything was okay food tasted good. The only observation is their use of paper straws as a personal preference don't like paper straws. Although most likely they say it is environmental friendly perhaps they are right but honestly most customers prefer the plastic ones and if I'm paying a lot for a burger,fries and drink I would like a plastic straw.
