Completely botched our order and lied about a refund. After a 14 hour day of travel, my boyfriend and I came to grab burgers to take home and got there about 20 minutes before closing. Made our order to go and got home disappointed by a completely wrong order. We followed the instructions to file a complaint on the website on the receipt w no confirmation or reply. Went in to get a refund and they assured it would go through after 3-5 days after sending a text to the general manager. 2 weeks later no receipt or response. Wouldn’t recommend.

Don't come! TERRIBLE SERVICE, empty restaurant and we've been waiting for the pizza for 40 minutes, they don't offer any more drinks, we're left lying at the table like dogs! Don't come

Ordered. Got pizza and pasta items but an hour later still had not received sandwiches or chicken strips. Finally canceled the rest of the order and just paid what we had.

This is the worst place to go eat ,the server I had with short curly hair I believe it was a girl or boy I'm not sure. I waited forever to get my drinks,then an hour for my food. Then gave me attitude the whole time . I had to walk to the front to pay couldn't find my server no where. Don't even waste your time going here AVOID IT AT ALL COST !

Long queues to be seated even though most of the tables were free. People waiting a long time for their checks, for drinks, for half of the food to come.

One of my favourite places to eat during a recent trip to Orlando.
Service was great, outdoor seating was very nice, and the food was superb.
Will definitely be back if we are ever back in Orlando.

So dissatisfied, staying at Margaritavile. the pizza was burnt, some of the order never arrived, when i complaint the lady Stephanie was very unhelpful
