Oof. What a terrible visit. I was feeling nostalgic for visiting a red roof Pizza Hut, but I walked in and the place was immediately lacking in decor. On top of that, took a good few minutes for someone to get me a table. I was then informed they didn't have diet Pepsi on tap and they gave me a bottle of soda, but then overcharged me for it. The pizza was okay but incredibly small. But between the overcharging, the poor service and the lack of good atmosphere, I doubt I'll eat inside a Pizza Hut ever again.

This is what happened to us at the Pizza Hut nearest to us... Pizza Hut 8557 W Irlo Bronson Hwy Kissimmee FL 34747 We called twice to confirm they could deliver to us at a Disney Resort. Gave them the address both times and they said yes and the order would be here in an hour. After 20 minutes overdue, we called to see how much longer. They canceled our order, because they don't deliver more than 20 minutes away. THEY NEVER CONTACTED US ABOUT CANCELLING THE ORDER. The call center blamed the store and the store blamed the call center. No one took responsibility or tried to help us out other than saying we could place an order and pick it up 30 minutes later. Without a car, and two kids that's impossible. That's completely unacceptable to leave a family hanging like that. We are DONE with Pizza Hut.

For the fact that only two people were working there. When i stopped in, they did a very good job. Pizza was typical Pizza Hut food, but it was OK. I commend the two people that were working that shift. Well done.

We placed our order at 609pm told we'd have it by 705pm, we got our order at 845pm - cold burnt pizza and 8 hot 20oz bottled drinks. I called 12 times last night to find our & cancel it I was hung up on every single time. I called today to get my money back. The MOD told me they couldn't give me my money back only a remake. We were there on vacation and home now. He was rude and sparky. Told me to call back Monday and speak to the GM but couldn't/wasn't allowed to give me her name nor the district managers name NOR THE FRANCHISE OWNERS information. Said he doesn't know the owners number for customers to call lol ok buddy that's a another lie right there. This is almost amusing how you treat guests. Do you think just because they're ordering from a hotel in a tourist area you can treat them anyway you please & keep their money because you'll never see or hear from them again? Your establishment & people running it are an embarrassment to the YUM brand. I want a phone call IMMEDIATELY

Worst pizza. I WAS a return local customer but not anymore. Called my order in. when I got home and opened it up it looked like the meat had stayed out for a while or maybe it was the pizza that sat out for awhile. It tasted like day old pizza. And why do they have spaces blocked off at the entrance for non parking? Makes it difficult for those with special needs to park on the otherside of the parking lot. And what is carry out mean? No one carried anything out to me. I had to go inside, in the rain, to pickup my pizza. They call that pickup, not carry out. No drive thru ability here. This pizza hut might need to consider closing down.

Yesterday I order and it took 1 hour and half to get delivered.. of course the pizza was cold.... I also did another purchase today at least this one was only 1 hour late.. but guess what.. cold pizza.. they don't pick up the phone or have a reasonable answer for the bad service

Super bad service. Im on vacation and I ordered pizza for delivery and they gave me all my order wrong. My family had also ordered separate orders and they received their order wrong as well. Called to speak with the manger but they all kept hanging and hanging up. Im going to call Corporate and talk about this incident because we even went on person and they didn’t want to make our food again. Asked for my delivery fee back because I had to drive all the way over there and they said no because or corporate.

We tried another location before visiting this one, and I can’t help but think that Pizza Hut has lost its way. The service was terrible, the restaurant was old & dirty, and I cannot see how the takings can cover the overheads - let alone turn a profit. Such a shame, but we won’t return.

Worst restaurant that I'm aware of. The attempt to order pizza started at 7:45pm. At 9:53, there is no pizza. I kept getting someone to take my order information then they would put me on an indefinite hold. Once they hung up on me after trying to call back for the 3rd time. They would not take a phone call to place order at all, so after 50 minutes of trying to order I moved to online option. Placed order online with VISA. They show up not prepared to take VISA, then told me they won't accept it. Got the Manager on the phone and he said, "it is what it is, we can't take your VISA, the order comes back with us". Absolutely terrible service from a terrible company. That explains why their reviews are so poor. I should've known better. I strongly encourage you to choose another location.

This company isn't a bad company to work for but it was not fair to me the way I got fired when I had proof proving that a text message that was sent from my phone wasn't me and I have a video of the person that sent the text message and before I got fired I was exposed to covid because I was directly around the store manager and she tested positive for covid and all the district manager did was shortened the store hours instead of shutting the store down and having this employees tested and I got no help from Pizza Hut even though I was exposed to covid before I was let go and I worked in summerfield Florida and I showed the store manager the video and all she said to me was that's unfortunate but she cost you your job

Ordered online. I do often when I travel. The message after the charge was ready in 10 to 20 min. I called immediately as we wouldn't be there for about 35 min. Pizza Huts typical time. I was on hold for several minutes and when they answered I was told it's already in the oven. We will put it in a warmer. I said I want fresh pizza. Can you take it out and put back in in about 30 min. Manager Jennifer said no,we might get slammed in20 minutes do I wouldn't be able to. I had two options. Take pizza that had been cooked a while ahead of time or cancel. I said we'd take it. Called back 20 min later. They didn't offer to cook fresh pies and we were still 15 min away so we cancelled. They couldn't care less. NEVER AGAIN!

The dining room is closed, but entire menu is available for take out. We ordered on the app. There is a tent outside, very friendly young lady brought our order out and placed it in the car for us. They currently have a special, Two medium pizzas, order of breadsticks and 6 wings. Couldn't beat the price and everything was hot and tasty.
