I go super back and fourth on recommending them. K can’t remember not long ago when Thousand Trails members used to get access to the better sites that are concrete or pull through. It seems like now all we get are in the woods. Which would be fine if they it were mowers and kept up.

This resort has beautiful vacation homes for sale right now. It's a wonderful place to visit annually and make memories for the whole family.

Overall the park is decent. If you’re paying for a site, you seem to get a nicer site. If you are a thousand trails member, you get the run down ghetto sites in the back. This section is very unkept compared to the rest of the park. Lots of empty sites but they refuse to use them unless you pay. It’s a shame to pay for a membership and it only gives you access to the worst of the facilities.
