If I could I would give it a 3 1/2 rating simply because it didn't blow me away, but the food wasn't bad either. I ordered the pasta marinara (spaghetti and meatballs), mobster white pizza, and tiramisu. The pasta is hand made in house which I think is a cool aspect of the dish. It was good, your basic spaghetti and meatballs. Although, the pasta was still pretty good. The pizza is a little too thin for my preference and I felt like it could've used more flavor to it, just something to make it stand out more. However, still a decent pizza if that's what you're looking for. Last, I also ordered the tiramisu- which I think it's hard to go wrong with this dessert. It was creamy, delicious, and you definitely got that light coffee flavor. Bonus- they gave me two! As for the service, our food just came out one at a time rather than all at once. I much rather prefer when everyone's food comes out at the same time so you can avoid that awkward "do I eat yet if the other person doesn't have their food?" Overall, not a bad experience, but I had higher hopes for the restaurant.

Wow a place that's had a long wait and we left. Big lines and just left.. Did look good but could not wait for an Hour for food.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. My party and I got food poisoning from this place. Everyone who has meat and chicken on their order came back to the time share and immediately threw up and had to sit in cold showers. On person from our group was so pale. The meat on the pizza is grey and once we returned home, we were able to see that the italian pizza meat is bad.

This is the first place we visit when in Kissimmee. We enjoy the food, the meatballs with sauce are incredible. We visited for lunch, there was no wait for sitting. This is a must do when in the area.

The hostess, whom is an older woman, is absolutely horrible and does not have any customer service skills. She started to ask my husband if we need a sling for the baby carrier and my husband replied no before she finished her sentence. She stated, “LET ME FINISH MY SENTENCE” in a demeaning manor as she stared him down. The pizza sat under the light for 20 minutes and came out ice cold. 15 minutes after we got our pizza we asked where our sandwich was and it had been sitting under the light for god knows how long. Also, we were not offered any refills. The restaurant was not busy.

It's not too often that I am shocked by a restaurant, but I was shocked by Capone's Coal Fired Pizza. This is by far and away the best pizza I had in the Orlando area. As you might be able to tell from the name Capone's is a roaring 20's themed restaurant. They do a pretty good job with that, but it is not up the what you would expect to find at Disney Springs. The staff was all dressed up and were super friendly. The star of the show was the pizza. I am from the north east so I am pretty familiar with good pizza, this was as close as I have ever found in the Orlando area, it was nice and thin, the crust was crisp, and the sauce was not too thick. It would be about an average pizza where I live, but down here, it was a pleasant surprise. We also tried most of the deserts they had, they were not bad, but not as good as the pizza. Overall a very good place to fill you pizza need in the area. Next time we want some good pizza we will be back.

Pizza was amazing!!!!!! It was pretty dead inside. Food didn’t take to to long but we did have to bust out a charades game on the phone to pass the time, so maybe it was a little wait. The bruschetta was very good too!! The only reason I didn’t give a full star review is because when we were leaving their was a dead roach on the floor.

Not sure why this place only has 4 stars. Went here on the Saturday of Memorial weekend around 8pm. We got seated straight away (even though the place was busy) by a very welcoming older Lady. The atmosphere was excellent and the theming and decor inside made this place special. Our server was great and always on hand to assist. We had to ask for a replacement Caesar Salad but this was done promptly and with no issues. The pizza was amazing and we all enjoyed it. If you like Coal fired pies, good atmosphere and an all round great restaurant experience come here! You won't be disappointed!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. First off the host was absolutely horrible and rude. When I asked to switch to a quieter place in the restaurant I was told no. I had a sleeping infant with us and they put us right under super loud speakers. They wouldn't move us to a better spot and told me I had to deal with the table they put us at. I then asked for the manager and after 15 minutes of watching him walk around I finally got up and walked over to him and explained the situation. He told me they couldn't do anything to accommodate for it and didn't care. For management he was a horrible manager and I'm not shocked why they can't keep any servers working for a guy like that. Then the pizza was super paper thin and bland. When I asked about it, the server told me some guys make it right and some make it thin. I guess we got a guy who didn't know how to make pizza. Server was ok I guess, and they did nothing to take care of us with everything wrong. I won't ever be returning here and if you wanna save yourself money and time wasted I'd do the same. Also had to hurry and leave due to having to take our daughter outside to get away from all the loud music. Worst experience ever

I ordered takeout several times and pizza very good Had rigatoni all's vodka takeout and it was great. Went into the restaurant and got carbonara. Gummy, yet hard (not al dente) pasta. No salt/pepper. Basically bad texture and no taste. Huge disappointment. Didn't bother eating, as it was not enjoyable.

We ordered the “worlds famous wings” and the only thing they had to do with famous is that they are the worst wings I’ve ever had. Reheated dry wings. The pizza was a tomato soup with a little bit of cheese.
