I've been a server at another massive dinner show for years now, so I know a thing or two about what makes a dinner show great. CAPONE'S IS THE BEST, no doubt. So much fun and phenomenal service. Also no not gimmicky like some other dinner shows that are a bit more "medieval".

We visit this place every time we are in Orlando area. We have been visiting this place for over 20 years and the Service is always top notch. You are greeted with a mugshot and then seated at long tables with other groups and families. The show which does change is a lot of fun. It is very interactive and lots of good music and singing. The show tells a story usually around the cast of friends or girlfriends of Capone. They used to have a buffet for food but with the changes they started serving you at the table. The portions are very large and you can drink Rum Runners or Beer, they do have an upstairs bar for some specialty drinks on a cash basis. The servers are very attentive and also join into the show from time to time. You will have a great time.

The food is horrible: cold, without salt, over-cooked pasta, sour sauce, bad presentation. I went through an embarrassment with my Italian family.

Fun night out, great entertainment. Typical restaurant Italian food. Lucky was a great host with a professional funny personality.

They offered good choices for the kiddos, they’re picky eaters, and our main course was great. We adults had Drunken sausage (phenomenal), Lasagna Bolognese (pretty decent) and the Chicken Parmigiana (pretty decent as well). The atmosphere was electric, the show was fantastic and our server Lucky was the best!! There was some gamblin’ as well, but don’t tell the coppers…. ???

They should market this as an adult show only. There is a lot of adult humor on this show. Not sure why they sell kids tickets 4-12, and say 3 and under free. Making d^<k jokes with bananas and coconuts, while using my 10 & 13 year old as props on the stage is not appropriate. Their air conditioning is inadequate- it was very warm in the theater.

Rude when we came in and wouldn't let us in the main dining area for 30 minutes after the time to let people in the hot waiting room. When we got in there we waited awhile for waitress to bring us food and people not to far over already had several plates of food done.very nice server but was very slow.

Honestly, I am so shocked this place as a high rating based on the experience we had Saturday night.

1. The AC Unit broke and no one was notified of this when entering the building. It would've been nice to have known during the time they were calling to confirm your reservation to give people an opportunity to continue with coming to the show or get your money back..The only way you found out is if you spoke from someone from the staff and not even an 'Im sorry' or partial refund is given for this. I happen to walk by one of the thermometers in the building and it was 82 degrees INSIDE the building and it stayed this way the entire time we were there having to use our paper menus as fans.

2. The chair leather was completely falling off most of the seats making it so uncomfortable to sit on.

3. We paid for the VIP package which states 'Unlimited drinks' and they do take you upstairs to a bartender to serve you your first 'free' drink but after that, if you want another drink at the bar its $6 and your only other option under your 'VIP package' is premade alcohol drinks or beer.

3. At first I can admit the mozzarella sticks were good, however, it did strike me by surprise that our entire group of 10 ordered food and had our food given to us within less than 10 minutes.. if it was made fresh.. there is no way it would be that quick...I unfortunately actually got food poisoning and spent the rest of my night throwing up the food hours after leaving the show.

4. I will say, i did LOVE the show, the actors were great and very engaged. The photo opp you get in the beginning is cute as well if you decide to pay for the photo...those are my only two positive things I can say about this place.

Overall, Im going to say this is a hit or miss place. Enjoy the show but be careful on the day you go to confirm if everything is working properly so you can actually enjoy the show.

Capone's was my first dinner and show. I have to say it was amazing. The food was delicious. Our gangster (server) Sharkey was awesome. And all of us enjoyed the show. If you're in the area, go check out Capone's. You will not be disappointed.
