Food is horrible..premade, frozen. Not fresh...gross...like really bad. Show is fun..but it doesn't make up for how BAD food is..wish they invested in a chef and good food..it would be life changing for that place. I had hoped when they moved that they had mad changes in the kitchen, so we gave it a shot...annnnd NO š āāļø its the same gross crap... its unfortunate

We were so disappointed. We went to the show in Kissimmee and it was so much more fun and the buffet was a lot better. We had to wait for our food for so long it wasn't even room temperature. We brought family here visiting from Kansas. We will not be back.

We recently visited Capone's Dinner & Show and had an amazing time overall!
We did have a very slight hiccup, as when we purchased our tickets online, the confirmation email did not include arrival time details. I looked on their website and saw that general admission guests should arrive between 6:15 and 6:30 pm. We arrived during that window, but the young male receptionist at the front told us for general admission to return after 7 pm instead, which was no big deal at all! We walked around the connected Dezerland and came back right at 7 pm. Once we got our tickets, we entered the main area, and a few of the waitstaff mentioned āoh, thereās two more,ā and no one else arrived after us, so it seemed like there may have been a small misunderstanding. The receptionist did appear a bit nervous, so it could have just been a simple mix up.
From that point on, everything was absolutely excellent.
The 4 course meal with unlimited drinks completely exceeded our expectations. Based on other dinner shows in the Orlando area, we were not necessarily expecting outstanding food, but wow. Everything was delicious, fresh, served hot, and the portions were pretty big! We genuinely enjoyed every course.
After dinner, there was a really smooth transition into the theater portion of the evening. The show itself was absolutely hysterical. The cast is incredibly talented, quick witted, and fully committed to their roles. We were laughing nonstop the entire time. The theater is very intimate, which creates such a fun, immersive atmosphere that you just do not get at larger dinner shows. It truly feels like you are part of the experience. They also continued serving unlimited alcoholic drinks throughout the show, and the service was incredible the entire night. The staff was attentive, efficient, and kept everything flowing seamlessly without ever feeling intrusive.
The venue itself is gorgeous, and I absolutely love the format of dinner first and then the show. It made the entire evening feel like a true speakeasy experience, which fits the theme perfectly. The only small suggestion I would offer is that it would be even more immersive if the receptionist and some of the waitstaff and bartenders wore a bit more themed costumes or accessories. The space has so much potential for even deeper theming over time, and I really hope they add additional decor and immersive details in the future.
Overall, we highly recommend Caponeās! For the price, you truly cannot find a better value anywhere else in Orlando. It was such a fun night out, and we will absolutely be back!

I took the wife here for our 19 year anniversary and show and dinner didnāt disappoint us. We laughed and were entertained all night. The cast and crew were amazing. We loved Pickles and Bubbles they were awesome!! Highly recommend!!!
We went to the Valentineās show last night it was horrible. Very disappointed. We had to sit and have our meal with other people we didnāt even know. I wanted to enjoy my evening eating with my Husband not people I donāt even know. We did not even get our food until 9P.M. it was so late to even eat it at that point. We could not even hear the show barely from where they had sat us because it was so loud from every one talking we didnāt enjoy it at all. We didnāt get to sit out it the chairs to watch the show until 9:30 we only enjoyed it for 30 minutes. For us we would never go back the old location was much better the new location is a no for us.

Didn't even go. The website and pictures lie and I only realized that you eat dinner then go watch a show by seeing a review after my fiancƩ made a reservation. We both tired to call back to get a refund because of false advertising. This was within 30 min of making a reservation. My fiance was told no and when I called they took the reservation name and said a manager would call me. I explained that I would wait on hold for a manager bc my reservation was for this evening and I didn't want to be told I was just a no show and didn't deserve a reservation and the man on the phone hung up on me. Completely disrespectful from the time the conversation started until he hung up. WOULD NEVER ATTEND THIS SHOW. appalling behavior from someone that is in customer service.

Went 10 years ago to their old location and for my 38th birthday my wife brought me back from Panama City to see the show and it was still just as fun as before. Definitely different from what I remember but I had just as much fun AND we got pulled on stage. I had tears in my eyes from laughing! The girls are awesome and we loved the food! Such a great time and highly recommended!

First went to Caponeās in Kissimmee 10 years ago and it was a last memory that I spoke often about. My wife surprised me for my birthday by taking a trip from Panama City to Orlando to see the show and after 10 years it was even better. I had THE BEST night! 9/10 would recommend! (The only reason it doesnāt get a 10/10 is because I wish it lasted all night!) seriously an amazing time!
We had an amazing time! There were so many entree options, with huge portions, and drinks were also included in the price. The show was a lot of fun too, with great singers and comedic moments. This was the best value entertainment Iāve ever done in Orlando. I will definitely be going back.
