Carne en Vara MAUTE Grill is an excellent place to enjoy delicious meat on a stick with your family. The restaurant offers authentic Latin cuisine, with their star dish being the cachapa. The food is spectacular, with soft and juicy grilled meat, delicious sweet arepitas, and salad on point. The 5-person tray comes with many delicious sides, and the papelon with lemon is a must-try. The price and quality are excellent, and the flavors are truly Venezuelan. The sazón is espectacular, making it one of the best places to experience authentic flavors. The Carne En Vara is delicious, tender, juicy, tasteful! And everything else that comes with: yuca, tostones, salad, cachapas. The Mexican Corn was top notch!
