I went yesterday and we hadn't gone in a while, I wanted to have a good time after a long day of work. The place was empty, just one table with three people. Very clean if I think because there was no one there but clean. I ordered a wine and soft drinks for my daughter and husband. I arrived at 6:26 pm. Another table arrived, two people and two more people at the bar, only one girl who actually would have used better strategies to offer good customer service. After I see that she is serving everyone, she serves beer to the person at the bar and I, waiting for the drinks, stand up and go to the bar and she tells me what do you need and I say my wine and she ok, give me two minutes. Well ok, no problem. It was 7:07 and nothing. Well, we stopped and I told him, look, excuse me, but let's go there and he says no, I already have the drinks for you!!!! After half an hour and the place was not full! It's a shame, a nice place, a good spot, I think the prices are exaggerated although I don't care after they treat me well and the food is good. I'm not coming back. I can understand if there is a rush blessed the girl alone but noooo that was dead! Customer service is what will bring you more clientele and loyal customers who spread the word. I apologize that I don't usually make this type of reviews but I hope they use it to offer better training to their employees since they have a good opportunity.

Great atmosphere but out of 5 items that I ordered they did not have any of them ... menu was limited due out of stock of churrasco, and most of the fish in a Friday night and it was not busy... I guess bad administration. I ended up just ordering a glass of wine and my husband's food took over 30 minutes.

Mi familia y yo éramos clientes fieles de Cayo Azul pero que decepción nos llevamos cuando fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi madre. No había churrasco, queso frito ni pechuga. El arroz Cayo Azul estaba de muy mal sabor, amogollao y casi no tenía marisco,la chuleta kan kan parecía una regular y estaba dañada. Los tostones de platano parecía que llevaban mucho tiempo fritos, el ribeye estaba quemado y las habichuelas ahumadas. Pedimos limonada, estaba buena pero agria para mi gusto, les pedí azúcar de dieta y no tenían tampoco. Fuimos domingo que siempre estaba lleno y hoy vacío, se tardaron mucho y sin inventario de alimentos . Nos perdieron como clientes. Ah y los precios ridiculamente altos para la mala calidad de la comida. He recomendado el lugar a varias personas pero ya no.

I loved this place. I took my friend to dinner here for her birthday because the restaurant she wanted was closed due to the hurricane milton. We had amazing service right from the start. The Shrimp Mofongo was amazing. The music was great and the restaurant was clean. The servers were very attentive and friendly... The owner came to our table, greeted and thanked everyone for coming. Also offered his service if we needed anything. Great place. Im going back tomorrow with the birthday girl.

One empty rainy day, we went as a family group, 11 in total. They took the order quickly. The food came out of order, several times we reminded the waitress that the drink and accessories were missing. The steak dish, hard, cold and expensive. Exhorbitant prices for the quality and service. They changed the Piña Colada now it's a machine 🥴. In conclusion we will not return.

I DO NOT recommend it, the food takes forever to come out when we went it was empty, the prices are very high. The steak was cold, we returned it anyway, they didn't charge it, it took two hours to process the food change. The manager indicated that when the waitress asked if everything was fine, we said yes, but when we started eating the hard and cold steak, well, and for that reason she couldn't give a refund. Total disaster, I will never go back again.

The restaurant is well located. Good atmosphere. We had the queso frito. Not impressed with the burnt queso. The piña colada was flavorless, just because you place a slice of pineapple does not make it piña colada if it’s lacking flavor. and the passion fruit juice tasted just like water. The Churrasco empanadas were filled but seasoning was ok. Telling customers that if they return tomorrow there will be better available selections, is not a good business. Specially when today was my first impression!!! We had to ask for our main course to go because of how long it took to get our food. Simply I don’t recommend this restaurant.

First time and last time I went here. The food was not great it was very expensive the meat was no flavor and the rice was hard. The server said it was not the money. The sweet tea was gross they only had one waiter it was horrible I do not recommend
