I pulled through the drive through to order our meal, and I was greeted by an AI taking my order. I did not like that at all. The AI ended up malfunctioning, and I had to start my order all over again with an actual person. The food is the only thing that saved this place. The food is good. Service from a malfunctioning AI is terrible.

Try to order items they have on their app the they say that their discontinued. Update ur app then. Also fries were soggy and greasy. Didn't give me my drink. Never again. To the owner: I used ur app to order/ see what your menu was and it was incorrect maybe you should update it.

The French fries are the best I've head. The burgers and chicken sandwiches are also very good and tasty. Everything I've ever ordered has been very good. My wish is that they had more locations.

Drink order was wrong, parking lot was full of trash, but what really got me is they had me leave the drive through window to drive around to the other drive through window on the opposite side of the building to get my food. Strangest thing I ever had happen while picking up my food. Not going to say I won't be back but I can say it will be a long time before I do.

The staff understood my order. I'm a little picky. He was nice and relaid what I wanted to the other staff. Everything came out delicious. It was at night when i attended. Go try them out.
I just left here with a rash on my skin and not even hungry anymore. I am allergic to tomatoes so I asked for no tomatoes or tomatoes product in my food. I asked for my burger tomato free and added cheese. So I went back around since I just left the line when I realized my burger did not have cheese. The guy told his manager or supervisor and she requested the receipt I had no problem and handed it over to show the 69 cent up charge for the cheese. I waited over 10 minutes for a slice of cheese, then opened the wrapper to see she had not only added the cheese but a lot of ketchup and tomatoes. So I got out my car and went to the window to then be ignored for 15 minutes because my burger was inedible to me after the 15 minutes I was done with waiting this little trip to checkers took over half an hour and I no longer wanted to eat there so I yelled to the window to keep the burger and left it on the window counter. Since I never got my receipt back I can't even go back for a refund. This place is so unprofessional and slow, if you have any allergies don't go here because they can give a flying fugesickle if they kill someone at least I only have a rash from touching the tomatoes if I would have ingested it I would have been in the hospital thanks checkers.

I didn’t even get to eat any food. I walked up to the order window and was completely ignored after they took two drive-through orders. One of the guys looked right at me and didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. Whoever those two guys were should be fired!

Some days are better than others. Employees aren't very helpful. Know what you want to order, service is barely acceptable food is decent enough. The mobile application totally sucks. Good for fast cheap meal.

After you pay, they tell u to wait at a parking.we were the only ones. must fast food do the same except they bring the food to you. Not here, I saw he opened the window and then put the bag on the counter. So I walked to the window and they gave me the order. This place is known for the fries...why they put extra salt, if as it is, the seasoning is enough. There is so much salt that you can even eat them.Terrible.
