Rude Hispanic lady didn’t like when I ordered 6 burgers and 4 large drinks, when I asked for sauce I had my ice cold drink thrown at me and drove off. Please fire this disrespectful worker

Probably the worst fast food experience I have had period. First off the dark lady taking my order barely understood English making it very difficult to order, along with terrible attitude every time I asked for another item. then to add insult to injury I got to sit down and only to find out I had the wrong sauce and when we went back up she barely understood what I was asking of “her”. Worst experience period. Food wasn’t the worst but sub par for the chain will not eat here again.

It says they close at 3 I went at 2:50am a car was in front of me they took he’s order when was time for me to place a order they were saying it’s closed

This place should be avoided at all costs. Placed an order via the mobile app and when I went to pick it up, the employee gave my order to the car behind me. I watched in the rear view mirror as she handed it through the window and the driver went through the order and informed the employee it wasn't his order. As she walked the order to my car, her first remark was sorry, he didn't touch the food. I know someone was shot and killed by an employee there, so I just took the order. I realized they left some food out so we had to go back through the drive thru and when I told the employees , they literally didn't believe me and wanted me to hand them my bag so they could go through it. Crazy to be treated that way. Do yourself a favor and choose a different place to eat.

Charged me twice refused to fix my drink after putting ice in and made me go through the drive through twice

Erica the cashier taking the order was really rude! She literally slammed the window on me as soon as i got my order. I get down to ask for ketchup and I see her doing the same thing on an elderly couple as they are looking for their receipt. I bought over 100 dollars worth of food and had about 8 large fries. They refused to give me more than 6 ketchup. That is ridiculous. I usually dont complain but this was horrible service. Save your money and go to Mcdonalds!

Need better managers that can read an order. Had an issue with missing items and large black female manager refused to even read the receipt to see that she was wrong. Tried to have a crew member shut the window in my face instead of making things right. I did get my food but only because the crew member decided to check the receipt. There's no shortage of people that want a job checkers why do hold on to rude ignorant people that don't want to do their jobs.

The worker had a nasty attitude order six double cheeseburger 6 double cheeseburgers and she charged me extra cheeseburger and had nasty attitude. You the one that messed up I will never come here again. Don't come. Your service will be crappy. She need a whole new team

The young female that came to the window. Was absolutely definitely rude and 80 degrees out side and told me to Hurry up because it was cold out side I own a restaurant also and I would Terminate her employment immediately asked a question about menu and she was rude about that also do not go to the checkers by old Town in Kissimmee will contact management tomorrow

15 minutes to order, 25 minutes wait for food.
Food cold and greasy, too much salt.
Service was as bad as it gets, never again.
