Waited close to 45mins on food. Ridiculous. There’s only 4-5 employees in there for starters, two drive thru lanes , and walk up. The service even through drive thru was insanely long. Where is the help ? Food bags was just being piled up by the window sitting there ten plus minutes before one for the employees started calling out numbers. And even she seemed confused. If you can not handle so many orders at once it shouldn’t be a great idea to continue taking orders. That’s your down fall right there. After finally getting my order , food was hot however it tasted like burnt grease. Yuck. 0/10 will not and can not recommend

Waited 45 minutes for a mobile order saw four cars get taken care of in the drive through before us, I was told “you’ll be called when it’s ready” and my name was never called when I finally asked they had already had the order sitting there for an hour COLD and never called me once. They have enough time to dance and sing but not do orders properly. Never again.

Worse restaurant in the world waited 20 minutes in the drive thru the stupid ass robot in the drive thru line froze and wouldn't answer to take our order finally got to the window to b told we can't order in the drive thru bullshit!! Needs to b closed down permanently!!!

I visited this location and while I was in the parking lot I was borderline harassed by the black lady that was in charge. I normally order food on apps and she told me to leave for no reason other than corporate calling her and asking her why a car was in the parking lot which I know just isn't true. This location was not welcoming at all, and I do not spend any money . How do you give good service by constantly deterring people away from your store this location needs to be dealt with there are too many bad reviews

I waited for about 40 minutes for 1 T pain cheesy BBQ Burguer! And when I arrived home the order was incorrect!! How is that possible??

I went to this establishment last night and was over charged an amount of $43.24 last night when all I ordered was two $5 t-pain meals. Unfortunately I am unable to get a hold of anyone within this establishment over the phone to dispute this overcharge.. I will not be returning to this establishment anymore

Ordered through Uber eats, and the food was cold ,not made correctly .We were missing items .Tried to call the store, but there was no answer, and Uber eats said try leaving a review for the restaurant that to bad, so
sad you are not getting any of your money back .Plus, I ordered chicken nuggets and am not sure what I got, but it looks like fried pickles?? Do they even sell fried Pickels ?

this is the absolute worst checkers in america first we sat through the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting to order then when we did pay they made us wait again and said oh we’re making it fresh but makes us wait a additional 30 mins? THEN they don’t even give us our right order or drinks or ice cream cone we paid for, waste of time and money NEVER GO HERE!!!WORST PLACE EVER

Originally wanted to go the store in altamonte spring fl but they are closed due to technical equipment issues but ended up at the franchise location in old town in Kissimmee/ celebration fl , food was hot and fresh , so fresh the cheese was actually melted on my sandwich which made me walk back up to walk up windows and ask if they put the cheese on it . So I'd say the visit was good

Kid-friendliness: They do have kids meals but nolonger have toys or stickers in them , so kinda disappointed on that front
