I came to Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen to have lunch. This place is spacious and has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Once I was seated and looked over the menu, I ordered a drink and the meatloaf, which was served with two sides: steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes.
Before the food arrived, the server brought over a plate of honey butter croissants. OMG, these croissants were absolutely delicious! So warm, soft, and flaky--the honey butter drizzle was chef's kiss.
The deliciousness continued with the meatloaf, which was moist, perfectly cooked, and covered in a rich, flavorful gravy; complemented by the tender broccoli and creamy mashed potatoes. This was comfort food at its best. My drink (Tito's & cranberry) was delightful and well-balanced. If I wasn't so stuffed, I would have ordered another one.
If you want to experience a variety of American comfort food with all day, every day happy hour at budget friendly prices, then I highly recommend Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen.

We do like this chain and do not have one in the area where we live. There were four of us. Two with steaks. I had the Monte Christo sandwich. All delicious. Our server was exceptionally nice. She spend time talking to us.

Unfortunately this place was not-great across the board, down to the check being wrong and then unavailable at the table despite 3 tries. Food was mediocre and my spouse sent drink back as it tasted like pickle juice ☹️. Our server was nice but there wasnt much ro be done about the quality of food. Additionally, the kitchen or dish room radio was on and competing with the piped in music for a sensory overload.

This is our second time eating here and it's been actually very good. First time had the chicken pot pie which was excellent. This time I had the fish and fried shrimp and again it was really good and I'll tell you the price of that is like about $17. That's better than just about anything out there I've seen. Now the thing you got to realize they're not huge portions but you're also not getting stiffed portions. I mean for a group of us last last night, three of us. In fact it came out to just under $80 and I mean that's pretty good. We've got some similar places. We got the 99 up here in New England. We've also got Applebee's which I think everybody knows about. This is far better than Applebee's the ribs which I'm not a fan of ribs unfortunately, but my other half had those the other time you were here and you liked them. He said they were really good. So I mean you guys really have some good stuff going there.

We had a group of 8, everyone ordered and got their food except me. Everyone one finished and started boxing up their food and then they decided to bring my food out. I said cancel it and didnt apologize or anything and left. The manager just said ok and left.

Was there on Feb. 17 with friends. Seated in the area behind the hostess stand. Our waiter was loud rude condescending and constantly telling us he had the hold area. Rude in taking drink order as well as food order. Always telling us how busy he was giving us poor service. Forgot he name and the receipt didn’t print so I could share his name

Nice food.
I highly recommend the Painkiller cocktail. I can't wait to try it again on my return. I hope it remains on the menu😋.

My son and I stopped in for dinner on Thursday. The restaurant wasn’t busy, and we were seated right away. Our server, Charlee, was polite and friendly; we both ordered sirloins cooked medium‑well — his an 8oz with broccoli and a baked potato, mine a 6oz with broccoli and a salad.
We waited more than 30 minutes with no update, and no acknowledgment of the delay.
When our meals finally arrived, the steaks were so undercooked I practically heard them moo. They were seared on the outside and completely raw inside. I wish I had taken photos because there was absolutely no way we could eat them.
We showed the server and explained our disappointment. She offered to take them back, but by that point we had already waited too long and were hungry and frustrated. We decided to leave and ended up grabbing fast food across the street instead.
For a restaurant that wasn’t busy, the slow service and poorly prepared food were extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, this made our dinner out far less enjoyable than we hoped.

Wonderful food and reasonable price. We had perfect rib eyes, grill fish.
Being from West Palm, we no longer have a Cheddar's so when we saw one on our drive to our hotel we decided we definitely had to stop for dinner. Our server Katie was so friendly and attentive. She was a joy to have as our server. The food was amazing per usual. We also love the happy hour!

Lots of choices, had the Buffalo beer battered shrimp, the free Honey butter croissant and the Spasagna with a grilled chicken breast on top.
Tasty and reasonably priced.
You can order extra honey butter croissants but they are not free.
They also have a kid's menu.
