My first visit to this restaurant and I found it clean and good customer service. I ordered chicken nugets and a fried chicken sandwich with potatoes and the chicken they use is real chicken, it is not imitation chicken, so I recommend it. The young lady who placed our order was very pleasant but we were missing our condiments and napkins and the food was cold.
I won't ever order from this location. It's independent and I had one order had a screw up and they refused to honor rhe meal or refund. $45 wasted. It's their policy to do nothing to help the customer and calling their corporate number doesn't help, they leave the options to the store and they must be so hard up for money they would rather tell me they threw away my food and that's that. NEVER AGAIN!!!
