This location is ok usually, but I am very disappointed today. I wanted to try a certain drink they have because we've never had it, and they didn't care to give me something to be able to try it. I was even trying to use my points on the app to use a drink on there and that wasn't allowed. I guess I would've had to just order one for about $3 something and not know if we will like it. An employee asked a manager or supervisor and they didn't let us try the drink somehow. That's horrible service! Very upsetting. 👎🏻
One star for the customer service and food rating. Went here for the drive through, took the food home, chicken and fries were good like usual for my family, but my salad lettuce was all a mix of frozen and wilted lettuce. Odd. Never had that with chick fil a salads. Obviously they r storing the food wrong. Lettuce is completely iced over still (most pieces of lettuce are frozen solid). The ones that aren’t frozen anymore are completely soaked and wilted. Cant eat my meal. Bummer!! The manager Jed was polite but did nothing. Wouldn’t comp the meal even though I had to just throw it out. I offered to send pictures. Been to chick fil a so so many times since 2003….(probably a few times a month since then), so this is super disappointing to the point I’ll switch over to PDQ or somewhere else that also has delicious chicken. Bummer that this is how they handle a meal that a customer says isn’t edible. :( bad experience.
