The customer service and food are excellent but the hygiene of the place leaves a lot to be desired. The apartment looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. It's sticky and weathered from the entrance and littered with trash. There is no cleaning staff to even look after the tables, you have to clean the table where you are going to sit yourself.
