The food was a little warm and not hot as if sitting under a heat lamp which is why I gave the rating but it’s a new facility. Maybe the next time both food and service will be better.

If I could give this location Zero stars I would.

Sad that this is my closest chick fil a because it’s gone down hill. I don’t know if the training includes to have a sour attitude.

But it’s down right miserable ordering from here because it seems to pain them to take the order like they’re working for free it seems.

And when you ask for sauces when you go to this chick fil a just know it’s gonna seem like the end world to a couple workers there to give you one.

I nominate them for undercover boss because something needs to change with the attitudes and hopefully it does soon.

All the products on their menu are excellent, they are very well seasoned and very delicious.

I'm beyond disappointed on chick-fil-a when I went their this morning drive through I noticed on how they have the bread rack outside the building with birds on top of it me being a sue chef when I got to the window I ask for a manger to let him know about the bread on how is not safe to have the bread outside the birds could poke on it the only reply I got from the manager at the time Mr Sam He was understaffed then after I let him know about it he treated me poorly

On 1/31/2025 at 7:08 am with Tyler Burkhead. This was by far the WORST experience at any Chik-fil-a EVER. From arrival, the employee over the intercom was not present. We needed to repeat ourselves and clarify the multiple times as they kept confirming incorrect orders. When we finally got to the food delivery window, the name young Hispanic girl confirmed was also incorrect. We then watched multiple orders get delivered both ahead of us and behind us!!! I am a teacher and was already running late for work!!! This entire ordeal was awful. We encouraged them to hurry. The girl that got our names wrong gave me total attitude and FINALLY handed us our food WITHOUT ANY of the sauces. I had to eat my bowl without any salsa (gross). Someone needs to contact me about this or I will NEVER be back.
