Only 2 cars ahead of us but wait was too long although there were 2 lanes to place order. After ordering (girl had to do it twice as she didn't understand English too well) she then told us she couldn't take cash. She had another staff member finish our order but he was confused as we had 2 orders. Getting out of drive thru is difficult because of traffic pattern. This location is not worth the stress you encounter!

Food was good but the flavored drink was wayyy to sweet like drinking an instant sugar coma drink. Chocolate chip cookie was nice n hot, very nice. Birds were to hostile or aggressively trying to get your food.

The food was a little warm and not hot as if sitting under a heat lamp which is why I gave the rating but it’s a new facility. Maybe the next time both food and service will be better.

If I could give this location Zero stars I would.

Sad that this is my closest chick fil a because it’s gone down hill. I don’t know if the training includes to have a sour attitude.

But it’s down right miserable ordering from here because it seems to pain them to take the order like they’re working for free it seems.

And when you ask for sauces when you go to this chick fil a just know it’s gonna seem like the end world to a couple workers there to give you one.

I nominate them for undercover boss because something needs to change with the attitudes and hopefully it does soon.
