Last night before me and my sister went out for the night we decided to stop at this Chili’s because when I used to live in the area I always used to come here years ago and I told her the food and drinks were good so we came. I came in to check in for the table because I received a text message there were two hostess at the front door one was younger with longer blonde hair and the other one had a curly long bob. I checked in said my name then they both looked at each other and laughed honestly I felt uncomfortable and my sister as well. My sister asked what was funny because we were confused and they looked at us and then looked at each other and started to giggle and started to act confused like they didn’t know where to place us. I looked at my sister my sister looked at me And we looked at them and the girl with the blonde hair said oh we can sit you over here with a smirk on her face. The vibe was completely thrown off and it upset me and my sister but we just want to grab something to eat and drink before we headed out. She sat us at the table behind the check-in counter on the side of the bar and every time I looked up I would see them looking at us at this point I’m annoyed and irritated but I didn’t wanna cause a scene. This is completely disrespectful and unprofessional and that is not how you treat someone that is wanting to eat at this establishment after that I really didn’t want to To eat or drink anything but my sister insisted. The older lady who served us was great she was amazing she was such a sweetheart but me and my sister so felt a little uncomfortable after our initial interaction with the two young ladies at the check in desk. We ordered our drinks the drinks were good then we ordered our food my sister’s Said her food was good but when I ordered my Ultimate Cajun chicken pasta I started to eat it and then I started to bite into something that felt like sands didn’t seem right didn’t eat the food that just completely messed up everything first started with the two ladies at the front desk that made us feel completely uncomfortable the drinks were good and my food completely dissatisfied. The crazy thing is I’ve never had an issue with this establishment before and after This encounter I don’t think I will go to the specific establishment again. I would put a five star for the Waitress but there’s not a separate section for her.

I give this less of star simply because services was awful, the food was OK but you know is everything pre made! For reunion or get together is good they have a good happy hour all day and different choices, is good for dinner w kids if u are in a hurry!

There's only 2 favorite food that I loved and one they took out of the menu.... really the bowl of chili!!! But the restaurant name is Chili's???
We ordered a pickup, it stated It was ready from 10:38-10:43pm. we waited until around 10:55pm as we had not gotten a text that our order was ready for pickup. I walked in and my food was sitting there ready, and we had yet to get a text message. I got home and my burger was completely raw/ pink. Manager was able to refund my order but I had to throw out my meal. WE GOT THE TEXT MESSAGE OF FOOD BEING READY 1 HOUR LATER, WHEN WE WERE AT HOME....... HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

Ordered food to go. Food was ready a few minutes before the promised time, it was accurate and hot. Great job.
Horrible service at this location. The hostess was very nice and polite. However, I was sat and was left ungreeted for 11 minutes. The location itself wasn’t busy at all there were four active tables. One was leaving as I literally sat, and the other one left while I was waiting. I seen both a waiter and waitress on the floor, but neither of them greeted me and both had walked by me. So I left and walked next store to Chick-fil-A where I can have real service.

After waiting 10 mins in the to go area I had to call the store and ask if anybody was working in the to go area. They were too busy in the back yapping instead of paying attention to the to go area. Also the gentleman that walked from outside to go straight back into the kitchen, could have easily said something to someone but nope.

I'm on vacation in Orlando, I live in Miami. And coincidentally, a friend who works here recommended that I visit the site. (Thanks for the recommendation) I won't say your name because I don't want it to occasionally be a problem for her. (friend, thank you, excellent recommendation) I must say that your recommendation is very good, generally in this type of restaurant you eat at random and on the day that it is your turn. I went yesterday afternoon almost for dinner, and we had to wait a little bit for the table, not as much as is normal when you don't reserve. I'll start by saying that the service was very good, the girl who served us didn't speak Spanish but she made an effort to understand everything we asked, super cute and professional. (Sorry for not remembering your name) but for me 10 stars and more. Everything was great, the food was tasty for almost a fast food restaurant, we ate some really top divine mozzarella dips, the fajitas were divine, the dessert was spectacular. Every time you come to Orlando this restaurant will be a mandatory stop. I'm really sorry I can't remember the waitress's name, maybe my friend knows, and on a next visit I'll write her name because she really deserves it. ATTE. Mrs. Méndez and Family.
After arriving for my order, the system did not accept online payment. And now at home the sauces were missing from the dishes, I returned to the restaurant and it took a long time for them to help me even though several people from the restaurant were passing in front of me... they don't have their shirts on... After a while and without apologizing for the inconvenience, they delivered the sauces without a bag. How sad

After arriving for my order, the system did not accept online payment.
