Service was so so even though the place was practically empty. Food was meh, drinks were just okay, and they even gave me a Dr Pepper instead of a Coke Zero. The whole place looks pretty run down disappointed.

Eliana, That I might be butchering her name. Easily the best service we've ever received at a Chili's or quite frankly almost any restaurant in the area. To the point where we agreed we're gonna go out of our way to go to this Chili's over the two that are Closer. Everyone could not have been nicer. They especially brewed us a pot of coffee for my father who had to drive down to South Florida after we picked him up from the airport.

Came for dinner and the food was pretty ok. No real complaints on that front. But when it came time to pay we tried to use our giftcards. One of us was a disabled veteran and we asked for the veterans discount and they applied it. They tried to make us pay with the giftcards at the table by hovering them above some camera? It wouldn't work and was finicky so the server tried it. He finally managed to get the first card to scan and it said it was expired. These are very new gift cards so we knew that wasn't true. We tried another 5 gift cards we had and they all said the same thing. We were confused and asked for someone else to try and the server disappeared to the back for a good 10 minutes before coming back. He asked us to try again and quickly left for his manager. When they came back the manager said the gif cards can't be used with a veteran discount so he would be taking it off, which is rude. He then walked away with the giftcards and after a few minutes sent back a large dude who asked which one of us were trying to use giftcards trying to be all menacing. He said to follow him so one of us did and then he tried to single that person out and insinuated that we stole all the giftcards and that we shouldn't use them since they're stolen. Finally the manager got some of them to work and said the others weren't working and made us pay the rest in cash. These people were very rude and obviously inept at their jobs since giftcards are not this complicated. I want someone from corporate to contact me about this as this situation is absolutely unacceptable. We will never be coming back to this one and urge others to follow suit.

On Saturday decided to go to Chili’s for my birthday dinner. Found hair in my food for the second time in 3 months. Manager was rude and did not apologize. I had to get a little rude back for them to credit my meal. The hair was red and one of the servers had loose red hair! All servers hair should be tied up at all times but not this chilis. Another customer near us also complained about hair in the food I will never visit this location again l.

incredible!!! i always come to this location with my husband and this was the best service we had! 10/10 will definitely come back for wesley!! He took great care of us and gave us a few laughs!!! Definitely coming back !!!
I got the triple dipper. I sat at the bar and my bartender was awesome from beginning to end. I was very hungry and went witch this choice for the variety. Huge mistake. The buffalo bone in wings were sauce less and dry was an understatement. You could taste the frost bite and the microwave smell from what I’d assume has not been properly cleaned in a while. My crispers were so salty no amount of blue cheese could resuscitate them, and the big bite sliders..I regret eating the two although it was the only thing I swallowed. My bartender made my margaritas to perfection but I literally spat out the wings on a napkin and she could tell without having said anything that it was not probably, but indeed one of the worst foods I’ve ever ordered. It was $18. I love Chili’s but this experience was enough to not visit again on my own free will.
