They sat us close to the kitchen so you would think that we would get out food fresh and hot. Wrong! My husband's food was hot My food was not even microwave hot. All you can hear is the kitchen loud and proud most likely lost in the basketball showing. My Husband cleared his entire plate before my food ever came back out. Chips n salsa are free, fries are effortless, I'm not looking for a hand out but there's so many ways you can accommodate to de escalate the fact that your kitchen is sending out cold food. Paid my bill respectfully and took my food to go, i was done! asked as I was leaving for Supervisors name. Gentlemen said he was the Supervisor. His name is Lordwin. I explained the situation to him, he simply deflected offered no applogy and said he would talk to server. The server wasn't issue it was accountability and his answer proved to me exactly why I got the service I did. Deflect and move on. They don't care about the service or quality of food they give you. Paid $50 for hamburgers and chicken tenders I could have made at home and guarantee that it would be more affordable, quicker, and hot. I hate hate that I wasted my money and my time here.

We ate at this location tonight. Everyone was extremely friendly! Our food came out super quick, hot and delicious! Eva was our waitress and she was AMAZING!! She checked on us frequently, kept our drinks full and was very friendly! We would definitely dine there again!
The customer services by far horrible order my food online. Sign the parking lot for 25 minutes after walked into. Grab my order and they're like. Oh sorry our Tablet died. No one even came out the door to check anybody and the mobile parking spot

Deze fastfoodketen vind ik persoonlijk vele malen lekkerder dan MC Donald en KFC! De burgers lopen niet over van vettigheid of te veel aan saus. Het is juist goed in balans en de pittige kipburger die ik had gegeten, was super crunchy met een lekkere pittige bite! De waffelfrietjes waren ontzettend lekker met hun eigen speciale saus! Bad service server was sleep..never showed up to table to ask or to see if everyone enjoyed meal..we go there for the desert ..we dint ha any couse of service
As soon as my party and I arrived the host gave us an unwelcoming look and tells us it’s going to be a wait. A few minutes pass and she asks our group if we need and “kids menus” it’s clear as day that we are not kids, young adults but definitely not kids it’s very disrespectful because she’s intending because of our age we can only afford from a kids menu?! Our server was so kind had a smile on her face the whole time which made up for it but if the host is going to be having an attitude it should really be checked.

Got the sampler with the egg rolls which were good, big mouth bites very rare in the middle and chicken fingers had some pink to them. Food needs to be cooked a little more before serving it. Patrick was great!
