Chillin Out Ice Cream

I've been ordering the Oreo sundae for many years and they always gave it to me with a brownie. This time I ordered one and it came without it. I don't know if they changed the recipe, but without it, I prefer to pay for an Oreo McFlurry at McFlurry, which will be much cheaper.

I prefer to buy ice cream from the 7-Eleven next door rather than buying it from this place again. Even more, I prefer to drive 15-20 more minutes and buy a triple-size Ice cream from Costco for a 1/4 part of what I paid for a tiny ice cream in this place. It was my first time and I was wondering why the place was empty. Then I realized the prices are way too high for bad quality ice cream. Never again.

He saved my family for mega knight and mini pekka so I had to hit the mi mi mi mi emote on the opponent after he 3 crowed ice cream was great

Gross 🤮 This place is absolutely filthy. Hard to believe it could “pass” an inspection under these conditions. 🤔

Customer service on point. Jaydin n Gage were so helpful and brought smiles to all our faces. I will definitely be coming back. Ice cream tasted really good and its a good spot if you just wanna relax and enjoy a treat on a hot day!

Ice cream was fire, Jaiden & Gage were very friendly and patient, our ice cream came out pretty fast, overall good service 🫶

I get it—prices went up and some people are mad. But let’s be honest… everything has gone up. It’s not their fault. This place has been serving some of the best ice cream since forever and still gives that same great experience.

I’ve been coming here since 2003 and everyone I’ve ever brought loved it. So instead of complaining, how about we support local small businesses? Major chains been overcharging for ice cream for years and y’all still been showing up.

Today I ordered the waffle cone, vanilla ice cream with the crunch topping OMG 😌😫 amazing!!!

Do not order anything 9oz. They used to serve very generous portions, but now there is absolutely no difference between a 7oz and 9oz portions. You are better off asking for the 7oz, at least you will leave without feeling you were ripped off. I wish they would serve them like they used to. Prices have doubled and serving sizes and quality has dropped in half. Never coming back to this greedy business.

I’ve been coming for years. Stopped in the other day and was shocked at the price of two small cones and small cup, it was $19.75! I don’t care what your response is, anyway you cut it, it’s wrong. I enjoyed frequenting your establishment for over a decade but definitely will not be going back. Good luck staying open.

First parking was terrible. The customer service is non existent. They have a sign in the front talking about high prices because of inflation which I understand but a small swirl in a cup with rainbow sprinkles is $8.25!? Ice cream was mid.

10/10 been here a few times and doesnt disappoint.

The two guys running the Shop today were great ! Super friendly ,they even made an awesome Ice-cream for one of my kids

I was left a little speechless when I ordered 2 small cones and it cost me $19. I see they have a sign to justify inflation but I'm sorry this is absurd. Ice cream was good. The girl (dark skin with glasses) wasn't rude but you can tell she doesn't enjoy interacting with people. I realized this isn't a twistee treat but the one on Goldenrod Rd runs me about $7 for the same 2 cones so this location received only 2 stars.

Update: How are you gonna tell me that what I paid isn't true? As far as how these people operate, just look at how they respond back to these reviews and that will tell you everything. Good luck.
