Everything was good except for the receptionist could have been a lot nicer. The tone of her voice her body language doesn't make you feel welcome. No Greetings at all. Doesn't seem like she likes her job and customers ( Not Customer Friendly).

This has got to be the worse Chinese food I have ever had, no exaggeration. I literally threw away 90% of my food. Will never return to this place.

The best Chinese food EVER! I went to the other China Wok on accident but still purchased because I called in at the wrong location before this and the food doesn’t compare. Reminds me of Hunans back home.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star — would give zero if I could)
I’ve been going to China Walk for years and ALWAYS order the same thing — barbecue chicken wings with a side like lo mein or fried rice. That’s literally the only thing I ever get. Today I placed my usual order, and it was done surprisingly fast. When I got home — after a 25-minute drive — I opened the food and found plain chicken wings instead.

I called immediately, calmly explaining the situation and that I had just left the restaurant. The place was practically empty when I ordered, so it wasn’t a busy rush situation. Instead of helping me or offering any kind of resolution — like allowing me to come back to swap it out or even adjust the order the next day — the woman on the phone argued with me and insisted that I asked for plain wings. I know what I ordered. If I wanted plain wings, I wouldn’t be calling.

Meanwhile, someone in the background (her husband maybe?) was yelling in another language, which made the entire interaction feel even more unprofessional. Rather than apologizing for the mistake, they acted like the error was my fault.

Poor customer service and absolutely no accountability. They lost a loyal customer today.
