Bought Alcapuria 12in with crab, second bite the chemical of ammonia hit my throat. Once I smelled it smell the ammonia, i knew it was old crab. The Lady gave me my money back to my card, said she did but only 12$ not including tax. So I still loss. And its the principals. Can't mess with food especially seafood, I could've had food poisoning, its their lack of efforts to make sure the food that they serve is up to par. Seems like they don't care about the food they serve as long as they serve.

Nice location for family and friends
According to the posted hours on Google, the place was supposed to open at 2 p.m. However, when we arrived, they were still closed. We waited until 2:40 p.m., but they still weren’t taking any orders. Instead, staff kept telling everyone ‘just 3 more minutes’. It was frustrating and disappointing.
I'm sorry to leave a star but I do it because it hurt me to pay 20 dollars for 2 rotten empanadas that gave me food poisoning and a tasteless chicken skewer. Please, there are many food trucks in this area. Don't waste your money or time on this one. someone who would never leave this type of review on an establishment. And if I could give half a star I would.
Overall: 3.3/5
I tried the chicken skewer ($6) which came with some white bread. It was generously portioned with plenty of meat, but the chicken was a bit on the dry side. Overall, not a bad option if you're in a hurry and need a quick snack.
Expensive expensive expensive for what it is and terrible service $20 two alcapurias

We bought 4 bacalaitos, 3 alcapurrias, 2 pizza empanadillas and 2 pina coladas. Everything is delicious, the bacalaitos are great and the pina coladas are not to mention. A tip for the lacapurrias, if you add a few yautias to the dough you will be crazy with the flavor, I assure you, but everything is delicious, the best I have eaten here so far.

This place reminds me of the chinchorros in Puerto Rico. Their food is delicious and yes, there is a wait, but that means your food will be fresh and hot. I haven't tried their pinchos yet, but the bacalaitos and alcapurrias are the best I've had in Orlando. No other place comes close. I go to the Kissimmee area every other week and I always make a stop here to get my bacalaito fix. So freakin' good, man. Pay them a visit and you'll see what I'm talking about. Going back next week and I'll definitely try a few pinchos and update this review.

If you are Puerto Rican, what your food truck claims to be, that “TRIPLETA” is nothing like the real TRIPLETA BORICUA.Unfortunately you have a terrible recommendation from me.Besides, those CRAZY POTATOES cannot be called CRAZY POTATOES. I'm missing a lot...

I visited the truck on Sunday January 1, 2023 together with my husband. Our first time in the place. We ordered a monfongo with shrimp and a triplet (chicken, pork and ham). The mofongo with shrimp was good, but in the triplet they hung up! Super dry, I asked for it with mayoketchup and it didn't even have a drop. The chicken was shredded so much that it looked like straw and tasteless. Besides everything, it took more than 30 minutes and there was only one other person before us.
