If you are Puerto Rican, what your food truck claims to be, that “TRIPLETA” is nothing like the real TRIPLETA BORICUA.Unfortunately you have a terrible recommendation from me.Besides, those CRAZY POTATOES cannot be called CRAZY POTATOES. I'm missing a lot...

The only bad thing about this place is the wait. But the food is absolutely worth it! From their enormous alcapurrias to their super tasty pinchos, everything was to die for. Their line is always long, but just grab a seat and wait it out You definitely won't regret it.

I visited the truck on Sunday January 1, 2023 together with my husband. Our first time in the place. We ordered a monfongo with shrimp and a triplet (chicken, pork and ham). The mofongo with shrimp was good, but in the triplet they hung up! Super dry, I asked for it with mayoketchup and it didn't even have a drop. The chicken was shredded so much that it looked like straw and tasteless. Besides everything, it took more than 30 minutes and there was only one other person before us.

My food spot when I visit the world of food trucks

Tried the patacon chicken sandwich at Los Sospechos food truck, which I do not recommend. Maybe the other trucks were better, but the one I tried was not. Unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. The guy was not friendly, food way over priced. $13 for the patacon (chicken w/ lettuce, cheese, sauce between 2 big tostones) sandwich which did not include any sides or drink. Waited almost 20 min despite being the only one ordering. The sandwich was salty and I threw it away after 2 bites. Definitely not worth $13.00. Went to another truck to get a passion fruit juice ($6.50), which wasn’t bad, but also over priced. I was expecting the food truck experience of trying yummy food at affordable prices, but that’s not what you’ll get at this place. Highly dissatisfied in the ambience as there was no music playing, hardly anyone there, which now I understand why. Who wants to pay over $20 for a sandwich & a drink that’s not even good and wait 15-20 minutes for it?
