Clean, the staff was polite. The food is still good but they have cut back on their portions size. I put that on corporate and not the staff, they need to do what they are told.

More expensive than any other chipotle in the area… for no reason bc the food tasted sooo weird and portions were smaller than usual. The beans were burnt and the chicken was like wayyy over seasoned. The employees hate working there and it’s dirty every single time I’ve been. So weird that there’s never enough ppl working.

Do not come here, you will waste your time. Waited 25 minutes in line just to place an order. They were not understaffed, there were plenty of workers with no sense of urgency. They were unprofessional and not friendly at all. Would suggest to get food elsewhere.

The food is excellent, the dishes are freshly prepared and delicious. The benefits of being a regular customer are substantial, too. It's definitely worth a visit if you're looking for an alternative to fast food.

It was like the employees are scared of giving you a full meal, usually when I go to chipotle they give you a decent amount of rice, but here it didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl. AND it was a full bin of rice they had so it wasn’t like he was trying to ration it. At other chipotles they usually give you a scoop and a little bit more. Here you got like the saddest single scoop, i ended up having to double my protein and pay more. Just terrible. It’s not the first time i’ve had the same experience here either, i just forgot how bad this location was and this time i got mad enough to write a review about it.

Came to dine in around 7pm and they were out of a lot of things, everytime I’ve visited they always say there out of items (ex: hard tacos,vinaigrettes) asked for a side of corn and the guy with the ponytail said it was extra which is weird because I’ve never had to pay extra? Maybe it’s a new implement.

The employees here are extremely rude & have a bad attitude, people have bad days but every-time I’ve came to get food it’s always the same people with nasty attitudes. The reviews are very real the girl with blonde hair does things so messy and seems like she’s always having a bad day.

Carlos & the guy in the back working in the kitchen with tattoos are the only people who are polite & have good attitudes & customer service, they should be the only people at the front.

I want to take a moment to recognize Joseph (tall, very polite) for his outstanding service. From the start he was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I specifically asked for his name so I could include him in this review, and I hope this helps the team recognize the right Joseph.

The food was good, but what stood out most was Joseph’s friendliness—it felt warmer and more genuine compared to the usual experience. His attitude really elevated the visit and made it more enjoyable.

Businesses thrive when they have team members like Joseph, and I truly hope his effort is recognized.

10/10 Extremely fast and efficient during a busy Sunday afternoon.! Love the cleanliness and the food presentation. Thanks to Santiago, Isabella and Kenneth, very nice and approachable at the register.

The nice cashier man saw that I was waiting for a pickup order for a while and he actually checked on me. Never have I ever at a chipotle had someone notice that I was waiting and be proactive about it. 5 stars for young man. 4 stars for dirty bathroom
