Staff was not very happy to take my order, they give mediocre portions and they even skimp on free toppings, just be aware that asking for anything extra comes directly out of the employee’s paycheck.

First off, I ordered a soda, and when I went to grab one from the machine, it was out of product, causing the soda to spray all over my arms and clothes. When they checked, they realized there was no more soda available in the back, so my only options were drinks I didn’t want.

I asked the cashier if she could give me a bottled Coke, and her response, with an attitude, was, “The bottle is more expensive than the cup.” She wanted to charge me for the bottled Coke, even though I had already paid for an empty cup and there was no soda available in the machine. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

On top of that, while I was there, they had no white rice, and the place was filthy.

After 9:00 you can never get fresh queso or any guacamole there's never any guacamole after 9:00 p.m. at this location I have gone to this location several times and wasn't able to get guacamole and order is the veggie bowl so I feel like I'm being jipped secondly Saturday night I came to Chipotle to order dinner and the music was blasting so loud the crew member who took my order she was rude she couldn't hear me I tried to give her my order three times and she was frustrated she walked off the line and mumbled something underneath her breath complete attitude I asked her whats the attitude was about and she just became argumentative with me so I asked to speak to a manager about what was going on the manager intervened she didn't introduce herself she wasn't kind she had an attitude as well just like the employee a horrible representation of management for Chipotle I used to be a kitchen manager for Chipotle so I know the proper procedures and expectations in this store has surely failed they don't make sure that there's enough guacamole to last through the night and has been going on for weeks I order at this location often and every time at night time there is an issue where they don't have the most popular items I feel like the team members need to be retrained on customer service and have a clear understanding that without customers there is no business without any business there is no job so they should treat the customers accordingly and if they feel like a guest is not appropriate then they should get a manager who is also professional to handle the matter a manager that's going to introdue themselves and speak to the customer with genuine concern of what is going on in the restaurant I'm highly disappointed with the service that was provided. I also feel like the manager should be making sure that there's enough food instead of having customers turned away because they don't have guacamole or queso the most popular items on the menu.

This place really sucks and honestly after today I’m finding another location to go to. Everybody is miserable who works here. The register guy doesn’t know how to count change apparently and everyone else just is not friendly at all. Find another job if you don’t like serving people

LOOK AT THIS!!! Whoever was cooking my quesadilla at 10:38 pm on Wednesday January 22 you are amazing at folding these, I’ve never seen one so neat. And it tastes amazing too. THANK YOU!!!

Great spot for a quick meal! The food was fresh, and the service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming. Always a good choice when you’re craving a tasty burrito or bowl

The cashier was extremely rude and made this face at me (🙄) when she didn't understand what I said. And the manager was even worse, he defended the employee's attitude. Terrible service in this restaurant!
