I placed an order through the app, came in 10 minutes later, got my order 40 minutes late while the in person line was NOT awfully busy, to the point that I asked the workers if I should just get in line to get the food and they assured me that my food was coming. I saw them churn out 30 online orders before they got to my singular burrito. Worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle, it actively caused me to miss an appointment I had.

While I usually love chipotle, this location often has subpar service and is out of ingredients or unwilling to make more. On my most recent visit the employee cooking had trouble keeping his pants up and the employees taking orders struggled to speak and understand English. They were also out of corn salsa and could not understand/answer me when I asked if they were making more.

Absolutely worst chipotle location I've ever been to. Will not be returning. Today was the last straw. When the guy running the cashier thought that I had to much protien for a regular portion, they actually had the audacity to scoop some of the protein off and put it back in the serving container and expected me to pay after that. Walked right out. NEVER AGAIN. I spend hundreds there a month and the $2.00 worth of protein just cost this company hundreds of dollars.

I ordered a bowl from Chipotle around 7:00 PM on 01/16/2026. When I asked whether the portion size was smaller than usual, they scolded me and didn’t even look at the bowl. I’m attaching a photo here, and I still don’t believe this is normal portion size.

My family and I came in pretty much at closing and Jadiel served us our kids food and mine as well with a smile. Jasmine was also extreme nice at the register along with Alex in the back. Gustavo the manager has done a great job with this team as many Chipotle restaurants do not offer this kind of service much less a smile at closing.
