Step one: run out of chicken.
Step two: let the customer start their order without mentioning that you’re out of chicken. Only after the order is halfway done, casually drop the news. (Customer even offers to wait.)
Step three: tell the customer that they can’t wait for the fresh chicken that’s literally on the way because—quote—‘paid meals waiting.’
Step four: force an up-charge for another protein instead.
The grand finale? The customer watches chicken being served to others while walking out the door.

10/10 experience.

They dont serve a good portion of protien very stingy with the amount have to ask for a little bit extra just to be charge for a proper portion. I never have to deal with this in the mall only in the ponciana location

On 11/8/25 I went to this chipotle and ordered 2 bowls and my food was horrible my rice to overcooked and the meat had a nasty taste so later on in the week tried to call the store to complain but the number redirects you to customer care where I spoke to someone and filed a complaint he advised me to go back to the store and they were going to replace all my food so I did that when it was time to check out they ask me to pay for the additional items which was guacamole and chimi churi sauce I scanned the coupon that was giving to me by customer service but it did not cover those additional items so I told the staff TYLER a girl that the representative told me to have the store to replace my entire meal and I showed her the receipt. That experience was so horrible I was embarrassed the girl refused to let me walk out the store with those additional items even though the items was covered she as in TYLER the girl was very extremely rude that store customer service sucks I know I’m mad because I never give bad reviews chipotle y’all have to do better. And I want my meal replaced just because the disrespect that was towards me for no reason by TYLER she needs to go back to training on how to deal with customers complaints

My daughter had went to another one where we live so she wanted to take me. I had never been to one. I have to he honest I have avoided going to one since the news coverage a few years ago. Service was good plenty of seating. All the ingredients seemed dry. She was scraping the bottom of the pan to get my rice for my dish. I can say I have tried it now.

You're not allowed to order the quesadilla at the counter. You can only order it through the app.

I've had no negative interactions with the staff at this Poinciana location... EVER. I'm happy about that because I live in this community. I usually order online and pick up at the drive-thru. My order is usually ready before I get there. That's a pleasure. Thanks to the Poinciana team for their great service, tasty food, and clean restaurant.

This is the worst place to buy food in poinciana. There is a lady there that is over everyone telling them how much food to give and telling the cashier how much to charge. She said 1 serving of rice is the little clear cup that they use to put the cheese and other sauces in. When did this place become so cheap. You know how much rice is 1 of those clear cups? Just enough for a toddler. Is this lady serious. I can’t with them anymore. They lost my business and from what I’m hearing, looks like they’re losing business daily. So sad though. Chipotle is not what it used to be.
