I went to this Chipotle with my husband, and we were told there was no white rice or chicken available for our bowls. The staff asked us to wait 10 minutes, but we ended up waiting over 20 minutes. During that time, more customers arrived and were also waiting. When we asked again, they told us we had to wait another 10 minutes. At that point, we decided to leave. Very disappointing experience.

My boyfriend and I go to chipotle maybe once or twice a month and we are new to the area so we’ve gone to probably about 5 in the Haines City/Davenport/Kissimmee area. This one was by far the best one we’ve been to in a long time. It’s a Monday night 20 minutes before close and all the staff were super energetic, friendly, and actually attentive. They were following proper food safety. Janessa was the highlight, people typically break my boyfriend’s burrito as he gets double meat, double cheese, etc in a double wrap. Janessa knew exactly what she was doing… flawless execution with a smile on her face.

Hands down the best Chipotle in the immediate area. Best service, always has fresh food, always staffed appropriately. I will drive the extra 3 mins to this location vs going to the one at The Loop.
