Shady & Dishonest. We tend to visit Cici's at various locations while on vacation but this particular location is doing something intentionally dishonest to gouge their customers. Five of us came to eat here and three of us only wanted water (we do not drink soda). When we told the cashier this he told us "We don't have water, you have to buy bottled water or a fountain drink." I was instantly skeptical but agreed to purchase a fountain drink for all 5 of us, knowing a small, overpriced water bottle wouldn't be enough for us. After sitting down to eat we took our cups to the fountain only to find that they did in fact have a water option at there, they simply removed the button to push to get the water. You could still see the stem of the nozzle and when I pushed it, sure enough... water came out.I get that you have people who will take advantage and fill their cup with soda but you shouldn't punish all your customers because of some. Just tell everyone that they have to purchase a drink with their meal and be done with it. Why be shady about it?I will at least mention that (despite being more expensive then another Cici's in the Kissimmee area) the food was decent and replenished often enough. The place was clean and the staff was otherwise friendly. I just have no tolerance for businesses being dishonest with their unsuspecting customers, just to earn a few more dollars.

Always clean and the staff is always super friendly. We prefer this cicis than any of the ones closer to home. The only complaint I have is the pasta salad isn't available anymore ?

Food was good. Game experience was terrible. Some didn't work but still charged. Others didn't give tickets earned. I proved it to manager on duty but was told no refunds despite literally not delivering on the service. The option to refund credits is a joke since I never want to return.

That was my first visit to "Cici's".The young gentleman at the checkout wasn't particularly friendly. He gave the impression that he was extremely annoyed by everything and everyone.The selection was good. In addition to many types of savory and even sweet pizza, there was also soup, a salad buffet and pasta, but only with a (vegetarian tomato) sauce.Unfortunately, most of the pizzas were not labeled or had the wrong labels, so almost every piece was a surprise. But every piece was super fresh and delicious. Only one type was too spicy for me (unfortunately it wasn't labeled, otherwise I wouldn't have taken it).The atmosphere was anything but cozy and almost resembled a train station restaurant. I think most factory canteens are more hospitable.However, the lady who cleared our table was very friendly and hardworking.This is exactly the right place to fill your stomach with lots of different, freshly baked, delicious pizzas ???Not recommended for a cozy or even romantic meal.Vegetarian options: The salad bar and the tomato sauce for the pasta were vegetarian, but not explicitly stated as being safe.Kid-friendliness: There was a large room with slot machines directly attached to the restaurant, so that children could go play while the adults were still eating.

This Cici's was excellent. The employees were amazing. Everything was extremely clean. The pizza and food was always fresh and hot.It was very busy but they kept up with it. Great management and employees.Extremely hard working.
