In so many years traveling to Orlando I always stay in the Kissimmee area, the photos are spectacular but the current reality is different. The hotel from the outside is super run down, I rate the room service as average, they don't change your towels unless you request it, there was one day when I asked for the towels to be changed and when I arrived at the hotel at night they didn't change them. The day I arrived at the hotel in the parking area with a drugged lady, I was shocked. I hope that with my comments you can improve so that I can visit you on a next occasion.

Don't get fooled by the pictures this motel is old not worth the money breakfest is no good .they are plenty of motels better than this one around the area for a better price.

I recently stayed at the Clarion Inn & Suites Kissimmee-Lake Buena Vista South, and I completely agree with the negative reviews I’ve seen. This place was awful! It was incredibly dirty, and honestly, it felt like a nightmare. After just a few days, I ended up covered in bedbug bites, which was absolutely disgusting. During my stay, I also saw several cockroaches around the room, which only added to the horror.

To make matters worse, the management seems to be constantly scamming guests. It's clear they are more interested in taking people's money than providing any kind of decent service. I would never stay here again and highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

I highly advise against staying at Clarion Inn & Suites. My experience at this hotel was appalling, and I want to warn others about the deceptive practices and poor quality of service here.

The hotel keeps guests’ deposits with various excuses and smokescreens, attempting to scam people. I was charged extra for supposed damages that never occurred, and despite multiple requests for proof, the management refused to provide any evidence. This is outright fraud!

The lobby is in terrible condition, with chairs and tables that appear to have not been cleaned in years. The breakfast offered is very limited, and there are far too few seating arrangements for the number of guests, people scrambling to find a place to sit.

The staff are incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. Additionally, in our opinion the manager's behavior towards young women was uncomfortable and raised concerns. It felt inappropriate and unprofessional, which only added to the negative experience.

The surrounding area is run-down and unappealing, and the rooms are in desperate need of maintenance. From the dirty furniture to the lack of cleanliness, it’s clear that the hotel does not prioritize upkeep.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Clarion Inn & Suites. This hotel is full of deceptive practices, unprofessional staff, and an overall lack of cleanliness and maintenance. There are far better options available.

I believe in the power of the internet and hope that honest reviews like this will eventually lead to a hotel like this stopping its fraudulent practices. Unfortunately, my experience is not unique. See all the other reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, Trip.com and so on...

The hotel made no attempt to resolve the situation. Instead, the manager falsely accused her guests of things they did not do. Despite multiple requests for evidence, no effort was made to provide clarity or offer a reasonable solution. This lack of willingness to come to a fair resolution is downright disgraceful.

It is true that the hotel called the sheriff. In a conversation with him, he seemed to recognize the situation, and while he was friendly, he was unfortunately powerless against the management of this fraudulent hotel. It is clear that this hotel is not only guilty of holding onto unjustly collected money but also of making unfounded accusations without any evidence.

A real closet with a door!!! Good sized room. Two floors, but no elevator. It seems like they are in the process of upgrading the buildings.

The Clarion Hotel should not be a family option, room 153 should be out of service, the smell of the carpet and the mold in the ventilation ducts, the included breakfast is a joke… not recommended for any traveler

Very filthy hotel!
& When you get to hotel your price will change from what 3rd party says.. they add $15 to EVERY NIGHT when you get there..
Hotel has LOTS of roaches crawling everywhere..
Also the breakfast is left out & open all morning for ANYTHING to land on it..
There's buffy white clumps on the ceiling 🤢 HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND

This hotel was horrible, people were sleeping in cars in the parking lot. It was rowdy and noisey all night. I saw roaches in the room. This place needs to shut down.

This place is a dump, they charge all kinds of fees on top on the room price. Will not be back here again. Pool looks like it has not been cleaned in weeks, pool chairs are broken, for breakfast they only give sausages and bread, toasters are broken, coffee container is empty, room smells like smoke dirty with animal hair on the chairs, microwave is rusty, tv remote does not work. and a bad attitude from a front desk. Will not be back.

Please do not try this hotel EVER. STAFF (Mrs Diamond) was EXTREMELY RUDE. More than 30 minutes to check in at 11pm with 2 kids sleeping. She was yelling at us and someone call to front desk and received this attitude too. Very disappointed to made a reservation here. BTW in general the whole building looks like the treat that we received... TERRIBLE. THANKS again Mrs Diamond 2nd floor no elevator with 2 sleeping kids wow I guess 1star is to much for you.

After Spending 22 nights in the hotel during my annual vacation I would like to thank all the lovely staff who made my vacation one of the best vacations I ever spent.
Starting with Mr. Rony the manager, Ana front office , Iris and all the rest of the staff.
I hope if I could come next year for vacation with all of them.

Make sure to book online if not they will charge over $70. there is a $10 fee plus a $3.95 fee for covid-19. That's more than most resort fees at family resorts. It's like a totally solved the rooms are nothing special but I didn't see any roaches in the two days that I stood there. But the best thing about this property is the $50 cash deposit that you get after check out. But don't even dare stain any of their towels you will be charged per towel.
