i loved my stay. Mariah at the front desk is the main reason, very reasonable, very reliable and most of all very kind!!! Mariah Is the best!!!

Honestly, after seeing the reviews I’m glad we didn’t stay here. This review is about the manager of the Hotel, Sam, not the hotel itself. My son is on his make a wish trip and we thought we were going to need a hotel room the last day do to a medical emergency he had at the beginning of the trip pushing us back one day. I reserved a room and paid ahead of time only about $65. The village, Give Kids The World, ended up extending our stay one more night, so I canceled the room. Sam, after hearing exactly what happened, refused a refund saying that it was non refundable, even though Orbitz contacted him to do a one time courtesy refund. The manager is so greedy for $65 that he couldn’t refund the family of a sick child that is here to enjoy a wish trip. I don’t know about you, but that really makes me not want to see this hotel get another dime!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room had a strong mildew smell that never went away and made the space feel damp and uninviting. The television did not work at all, which was frustrating after a long day of travel.

Even more concerning, there were spider webs on the walls, suggesting the room had not been thoroughly cleaned or inspected before being given to a guest. The biggest issue, however, was the bedding. The sheets were stained, which is absolutely unacceptable in any hotel setting and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and standards.

This stay did not come close to meeting basic expectations for comfort or hygiene. Until there is a clear improvement in maintenance and cleanliness, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for accommodations.

How ever the staff here were extremely kind and helpful but I would never recommend this hotel to people.

I have requested a refund via Bookings. The GM hasn’t answered and I doubt they will. The hotel looks nothing like the images posted. Very disappointing I’m going to lose money because they’re basically false advertising to people.

I checked out today September 16 I got mad the lady got $25 from my deposit she said the tow is dirty never come back

The rooms were pretty much mediocre due to 9 roaches 🪳 and 1 spider 🕷️ being found in the room that I stood at (Joe’s apartment?).

Despite that, the breakfast was decent and pretty good.

Booked a room online thinking everything was good to go. I got there to check in after waiting all day. I go inside to check in and the counter lady was extremely rude trying to rush me off so she could finish her side conversations. Told me i had to pay an aditional $180 after i booked online from a 3rd party. Told me $100 was for if any damages occur and will be refunded. Then $80 for reserving the room. I had already payed almost $300 online for a week and thought i was good to go. Trying to resolve the issue with the woman but she kept telling me she was right and I was wrong. I cant rememeber the womans name but im pretty sure she was a manager and i believe she was cuban. Gave me horrible experience and after i looked at the reviews for this place and felt like i was saved from having to be here. Just unfortunate how i had to deal with such a rude woman that I was only going to for help. God help that woman she definitely doesnt care about being there after the experience i had with her.

In so many years traveling to Orlando I always stay in the Kissimmee area, the photos are spectacular but the current reality is different. The hotel from the outside is super run down, I rate the room service as average, they don't change your towels unless you request it, there was one day when I asked for the towels to be changed and when I arrived at the hotel at night they didn't change them. The day I arrived at the hotel in the parking area with a drugged lady, I was shocked. I hope that with my comments you can improve so that I can visit you on a next occasion.

Don't get fooled by the pictures this motel is old not worth the money breakfest is no good .they are plenty of motels better than this one around the area for a better price.

I recently stayed at the Clarion Inn & Suites Kissimmee-Lake Buena Vista South, and I completely agree with the negative reviews I’ve seen. This place was awful! It was incredibly dirty, and honestly, it felt like a nightmare. After just a few days, I ended up covered in bedbug bites, which was absolutely disgusting. During my stay, I also saw several cockroaches around the room, which only added to the horror.

To make matters worse, the management seems to be constantly scamming guests. It's clear they are more interested in taking people's money than providing any kind of decent service. I would never stay here again and highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

I highly advise against staying at Clarion Inn & Suites. My experience at this hotel was appalling, and I want to warn others about the deceptive practices and poor quality of service here.

The hotel keeps guests’ deposits with various excuses and smokescreens, attempting to scam people. I was charged extra for supposed damages that never occurred, and despite multiple requests for proof, the management refused to provide any evidence. This is outright fraud!

The lobby is in terrible condition, with chairs and tables that appear to have not been cleaned in years. The breakfast offered is very limited, and there are far too few seating arrangements for the number of guests, people scrambling to find a place to sit.

The staff are incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. Additionally, in our opinion the manager's behavior towards young women was uncomfortable and raised concerns. It felt inappropriate and unprofessional, which only added to the negative experience.

The surrounding area is run-down and unappealing, and the rooms are in desperate need of maintenance. From the dirty furniture to the lack of cleanliness, it’s clear that the hotel does not prioritize upkeep.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Clarion Inn & Suites. This hotel is full of deceptive practices, unprofessional staff, and an overall lack of cleanliness and maintenance. There are far better options available.

I believe in the power of the internet and hope that honest reviews like this will eventually lead to a hotel like this stopping its fraudulent practices. Unfortunately, my experience is not unique. See all the other reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, Trip.com and so on...

The hotel made no attempt to resolve the situation. Instead, the manager falsely accused her guests of things they did not do. Despite multiple requests for evidence, no effort was made to provide clarity or offer a reasonable solution. This lack of willingness to come to a fair resolution is downright disgraceful.

It is true that the hotel called the sheriff. In a conversation with him, he seemed to recognize the situation, and while he was friendly, he was unfortunately powerless against the management of this fraudulent hotel. It is clear that this hotel is not only guilty of holding onto unjustly collected money but also of making unfounded accusations without any evidence.

A real closet with a door!!! Good sized room. Two floors, but no elevator. It seems like they are in the process of upgrading the buildings.

The Clarion Hotel should not be a family option, room 153 should be out of service, the smell of the carpet and the mold in the ventilation ducts, the included breakfast is a joke… not recommended for any traveler
