I have to give one star because Google will not allow me to give a 0. We were a party of two, and the store was empty. We had not finished ordering, and they wanted us to pay. The cheesecake flavor was not cheesecake. After paying, we had to throw away (trash). The service is terrible: 2 Spanish girls and one guy. All 3 with Terrible attitude. Even talking in our back because we ask for a better service.
If you really want cold Stone Ice Créame with good flavor or service you need to go Margaritaville.

they did a great job getting my ice cream order, and was fast and very sweet people. they greeted me as i came in and helped with anything i needed. we were only up in orlando for a vacation but would go back to them again when we are up there in the future.

Absolutely disgusting the management team should be ashamed the one younger lady with long hair was busting her butt while the people working around her were doing the bare minimum.
The store is DOSGUSTING like no joke it needs full blown closing down and cleaning from top to bottom repulsive and dirty honestly is putting it mildly

It was my first time ever going to a cold stone- and the staff was very unhelpful and kept rushing my partner and I to order when we were the only ones in the store. Everytime I asked a question they seemed very annoyed and impatient. The ice cream was okay but I would never go here again.

Madison is in here slamming out dozens of orders by the minute. They just had an entire sports team in here with the coaches, etc, like 30 people, she just effortlessly zipped through them all, served us and continues to kill it. Great hire! The ice cream ia always good, that's why we come whenever we're around.

It says online they close at 11pm, imagine my surprise when we show up at 10pm and they have doors open but a handwritten sign at the door that says they’re closed? They wait until people walk in the store and get in line to tell them they’re closed. Is management aware of this? terrible guest service, it looks like they SHOULD be open and are “looking open” but closing earlier than they should. Both the front doors and side doors were fully open.

We went there on 2-12-25, The store was incredibly hot inside, hotter than outside in fact, the ice cream display/cooler was in the process of being replaced, when my ice cream was handed to me, it was already soupy. I have had great experiences at this location in the past, so maybe this is a short issue?

Not the same experience as most cold stones provide. Their entire front cooler was broken. Hope they get that fixed sooner than later. I was hoping to try different bases to decide what I wanted. Just unfortunate

We came bursting in as a family of 7 needed to use the bathroom first and the young man could tell and yelled the bathroom code before we could ask. The kids had never been before and both young adults working are FABULOUS 👌 kind, great speaking with my kids, great customer service! So glad we stopped!
