We went there on 2-12-25, The store was incredibly hot inside, hotter than outside in fact, the ice cream display/cooler was in the process of being replaced, when my ice cream was handed to me, it was already soupy. I have had great experiences at this location in the past, so maybe this is a short issue?

Not the same experience as most cold stones provide. Their entire front cooler was broken. Hope they get that fixed sooner than later. I was hoping to try different bases to decide what I wanted. Just unfortunate

We came bursting in as a family of 7 needed to use the bathroom first and the young man could tell and yelled the bathroom code before we could ask. The kids had never been before and both young adults working are FABULOUS đ kind, great speaking with my kids, great customer service! So glad we stopped!

The ice cream is great as in any other cold stone. However this store looks like itâs falling apart or shutting down any minute. E.g The fridges are out of order and the wall decorations comes off. The management should invest in their store. The service is ok but not very enthusiastic.

I had a disappointing experience at Goldstone recently. Despite the posted closing time being 11:00 PM, the staff started cleaning at 10:20 PM and refused to let us use the tables and chairs, which were still set up. To make matters worse, they had ice cream in the back but would give us altitude when getting it from the back even though it wasnât even 10:30 yet.
The employees clearly didnât want any customers and seemed lazy, rushing to close well before the actual closing time. Itâs unacceptable to treat customers this way, and I wonât be returning.

I ordered a custom cake from this location with a message written on it. This is what I was presented with. Currently searching on how I can remove the lettering without destroying the icing below, as Iâm on my way to the party. If there isnât a person in the store that can write a presentable message then the option shouldnât be offered.
Stopped by for midday treat for me, and I saw the seasonal flavor! Had to try. This ice cream would go great with some warm apple pies, too. I think, next time, I might actually ask for apple filling and pie crust for toppings!

This place was very clean, staff were very friendly and professional. Great Ice-cream, we ordered and they put things together really fast and neat. They have truly a Variety of Flavors go and check them out.

This location is clearly not well maintained, however. Filthiest ice cream shop I've seen in a while. Clearly, cleanliness is not a priority despite 4 workers being on shift and only 3 customers. Cleaning protocols used to be required, but these tables and walls had a layer of grime so thick that I'd be shocked if they'd been cleaned in a month.
