Not the same experience as most cold stones provide. Their entire front cooler was broken. Hope they get that fixed sooner than later. I was hoping to try different bases to decide what I wanted. Just unfortunate

We came bursting in as a family of 7 needed to use the bathroom first and the young man could tell and yelled the bathroom code before we could ask. The kids had never been before and both young adults working are FABULOUS 👌 kind, great speaking with my kids, great customer service! So glad we stopped!

The ice cream is great as in any other cold stone. However this store looks like it’s falling apart or shutting down any minute. E.g The fridges are out of order and the wall decorations comes off. The management should invest in their store. The service is ok but not very enthusiastic.
